Dr F Latheef, Private Dermatologist Leeds

Absolutely excellent experience with Dr Latheef, the level of care was fantastic and I was left feeling relaxed during my mole removal procedure, with him even asking what music I would like on while I endured the procedure!! Excellent service and I could not recommend more. Many thanks.

Well where do I start.. maybe by saying I would highly recommend Dr F Latheef to anyone. I was finally referred to Dr F Latheef after suffering with acne for 18 years of my life and trying all sorts of medication from the doctors that just didn't work for me. Dr F Latheef was very welcoming and friendly he listened to the problems I've been having with my skin since I was a teenager and even thou it wouldn't of been the worst case of acne he had seen he never made me feel less important or that I was just moaning about nothing. He recommended that I take Isotretinoin he talked me through how long and how often I would take this medication for and talked me through the possible side affects. I have now finished taking my tablets and wow I am truly amazed at the results I did take before photos so I didn't forget how bad it was and to see the progress and end result. It really has changed me as a person the main thing for me is that my partner after 15 month of being with me now sees me with no make up on and is aloud to touch my face and back. The results have gave me so much confidence in my appearance I actually feel naturally pretty for the first time in my life. I would recommend the tablets to anyone and all I would say is don't read to much into the side affects everyone is different but my experience wasn't too bad I did get sore lips the whole time but nothing lip balm couldn't help with and my arms did get dry but I was given cream which helped with the dryness and I didn't drink alcohol the whole time I was taking the tablets but it was totally worth it. Dr F Latheef and the staff at the clinic have been brilliant throughout my treatment and I cant thank them enough Donna

They have Really helped with my spots acne great and friendly staff i am soo happy that my acne have clearing up thank you so much

I would give Dr Latheef 10 stars plus if I could! After being referred to a dermalogica clinic for a persistent eye irritation of which I'd tried many creams etc. over a long period of time, the GP was worried it actually looked like sun damage and referred me to Dr Latheef. This appointment was going to take a few week's and I was really worried, so I looked up Dr Latheef and found he actually had a private clinic at Nuffield in Leeds and I was able to get an appointment for the very next day! Dr Latheef was amazing and took the time to listen to me without me feeling rushed. He very quickly put my mind at rest and said it wasn't sun damage and looked more like an allergy and he also had a very good idea what I was allergic to. Dr Latheef asked if I would like patch testing done and explained how it all worked and if I was able to attend Chapel Allerton hospital the week after on the Mon Wed Fri for my patches to be applied. The patches work really well, I had them applied to my back and the tops of my arms. They were slightly uncomfortable at first but soon settled down. Also, I could not to get them wet, but this wasn't a problem at all. After a couple of days I had the patches removed and the ones that showed up positive were actually the ones that Dr Latheef suspected which turned out to be acrylates. I was so relieved that I didn't mind what so ever I could no longer have my nails done with anything containing acrylics. Dr Latheef was there for the whole process and was extremely attentive making sure I understood the process and the outcome. He is a really lovely man and I would recommend anyone who suffers with skin related conditions to go see him.
