Registered as a new patient took them 2 days before they actually put me in the system, I needed a repeat prescription and they told me I'd have to see a doctor first and get a health check as a new patient. Tried to make an appointment the next day and the day after and they said I wasn't in the system, told me to they'd put me in then I could make appointments. 3 days later, having negative side effects without my tablets they said I only had to see a nurse and they'd ask a doctor to put it through urgently to collect at surgery and assured me it would be at surgery to collect the following day, next day they closed at 12.30 for training was not informed. Now I ring up and they said it was wired electronically to "my chosen pharmacy", not the surgery and it was sent to a city completely different! Now I have to wait for another doctor to approve it.. I've been a patient for a week and already this is fudging ridiculous! Will go else where, absolute joke.

Unfortunately this practice has gone right down the hill due to over subscription of patients. Due to over subscription of patients has led to a break down in patients getting appointments despite the "doctors" writing to patients asking them to make an appointment with the doctor within "two weeks". The average wait time when trying to pre-book appointments is around six to eight weeks. Things have drastically changed since the practice management structure changed. The practice recently "promoted" a receptionist to "practice manager" so the new system implied by Charlotte Eastwood is that of lunatics finally running an asylum! I have no doubt in my mind that given time she will "promote" herself to becoming a self qualified Doctor! 🙄

I am very disappointed in this Gp because 2 week ago I made an appointment for a ECG and on the day of my appointment I received a voicemail telling me that I have to make another appointment for next week because the ECG machine is not working and and I did make another appointment for the following week and again they called me on the appointment day saying that the nurse is sick and they have to reschedule another appointment for next week and it already 2 days that I haven’t heard anything about the appointment.
