It's a fantastic surgery. I have always managed to get appointments when needed, and there is a choice of booking online, over the phone or in person which is great. Receptionists are always polite and really helpful. Doctors go above and beyond to look after their patients, Doctor Barton in particular is a credit to the surgery.

All appointments taken within 10 minuets and receptionist staff always busy talking to answer the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Phone lines for an appointment booking just simply don't work. Once i was waiting 45min for someone yo answer, then 25 and 35. It's quicker to get there then wait for a phone to be answered. But what is more disturbing if an appointment system don't work. You come at appointed time with a poor child and then it's like 40minites to wait to get see what is the freaking point then ?? Change management and personell. Outrageous

Make sure it's not blood pressure tablets you are after when they take ages to answer the phone, only supply half of what you are used to, (effectively in cahoots for charging double) and then the adjoining chemist issues a different type to the one described on their system. Oh! and 'Don't forget to ring first to make sure we have it in!' before they don't apologize for getting it wrong AGAIN! There are surely better things to be spending time on than chasing up what should be an uncomplicated procedure.

In a good location with its own car park with railings around . Inside it has its own pharmacy before going in to the waiting room which is of quite a big size with plenty of seating and toys for any bored young children . Very nice friendly staff .
