Amazing staff & a wonderful dress selection. This was a second visit to the store after a slight misunderstanding on our first trip. The manager reached out to rectify and invited us back today, from the second we got there the experience was incredible. The girls in the shop were really helpful, and boosted my sisters confidence tenfold when trying on the dresses. They couldn’t have done more for us & it was all round a lovely morning, left with a beautiful dress and a very happy prom girl!
We've been shopping for a prom dress for 3 months.... with a list as long as my daughter's arm of what she didn't want!! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of choice. Leah Kay greeted us for our appointment, engaged with my daughter about what she was looking for and walked through the entire shop for a selection to try on..... we weren't disappointed and my daughter has finally picked her dress. Thank you for all your help..... we couldn't have had a better shopping experience. xx
Popped into Sonique for my daughters year 11 prom. The girls working there are so lovely and helpful, they made the experience really nice for us.. found the perfect dress, ordered and paid for, was told it would be delivered by end of the following month, called within a couple of days of the date to say her dress had arrived. Stunning selection of dresses, really high quality. You will spend over budget when you see how beautiful the dresses are. Thank you
The shop is absolutely gorgeous! The dresses are so stunning and theres such a range in styles that i never found at another shop I was served by a lovely woman named Jasmine and she made me feel comfortable and was extremely patient, friendly and welcoming especially when i was nervous that the staff would be judgemental! The only downside is that some of the dresses i tried on were damaged and had large rips but overall a great experience!
For the second time we had a very bad experience First it was with my daughter prom 3 years ago , we have been delayed up to the last day before Prom , and the order was placed at the of Feb, considering that the prom was in June, so plenty of time to have the wished dress. Such a long a nd painful experience al along for those 4 month . No answers to phone calls , no answers to voice mail , no answer to emails, even in shop they lied with every occasion they had , anyway finally we have the dress. This year with a wedding occasion my wife chose to go one more time with Sonique , so we have been assured the the management was changed , and we will not gone have any problems, so in April we placed the order for a £650 dress, with a collection day on 24 June, no phone call from them up to 3 of Aug when we start to be worried, and tried to get in contact with them , no answers at any phone calls or voice mail. Send them an email after fee days got answered. In short : "We are so sorry but since you did not paid in full the price of the dress , we did not ordered the dress " Once again they are so bad . Do do my mistake, it is unforgivable but with this occasion we have found better place with better dresses , with much more fair prices.
We visited the boutique at the weekend and all the members of staff were really lovely. We managed to purchase a lovely dress for my daughter for her prom with the amazing help of Leah Kay! We had been to several dress shops and they were selling the similar dress we bought for double the PRICE! Leah and her team listened to what we required and showed us dresses within our budget. Highly recommend this place all the girls are super helpful. We are due to collect the dress in May. The shop require a half the amount deposit of the dress when you say YES TO THE DRESS! Thankyou x
I came into the store with my daughter for her appointment and felt instantly welcomed. The staff were conscientious and helped her choose a lovely selection of dresses and made sure nobody else from her school had them. When we went into the fitting room the stylists were amazing, they really helped her feel confident in her dresses and gave great advice. Once she chose her dress we were told the price and it was lower than expected. Reasonable prices for high quality dresses.
I found Sonique on TikTok and booked my appointment. Ladies were incredibly helpful despite me being fussy. I had two ladies helping me to choose the dress and then two ladies helping me to try them on. I picked the perfect dress and I’m sure I’ll be back again. I drove from London and it was worth every mile!
My daughter absolutely loved the whole experience at soniques, dresses are amazing and so many different styles and colours, so definitely something for everyone. The girls in store are always there to help and guide and support with your dress appointment. My daughter found her dream dress and it came into the store when the store said it would. Amazing service and would definitely recommend soniques.
What an amazing experience the lady who helped us choose Grace's dress was wonderful, Abbie was helpful and knowledgeable about the dresses she had in stock, they were willing to go above a beyond for us, so very grateful to all the staff there Brilliant customer service
