Always love having a look round urban shame it’s so expensive though. The staff are 50/50 you could get someone lovely and helpful or someone who couldn’t care less about you and their job everyone needs money though! Worth a visit if you’re just having a look around.

Not my first time visiting, I thought I’d leave a review for a lovely till staff, Georgia. The store is always clean, tidy, and well presented, staff are very helpful and friendly. I had my hands full with bags and staff helped me out. When I got to the tills Georgia was serving me, she was very friendly and welcoming, she apologised for my wait + that the scanner wasn’t working, and she was very kind and apologetic but it wasn’t a problem at all, she asked for my email and I got a 10% discount on my purchase that day which was awesome, and she answered all my questions I had and It was a pleasure to have her help! Thanks Georgia keep doing what you’re doing

Girls who was working fitting rooms on 26/8 at 16:30 is rude. Blonde hair and pink top. She needs a refresher course in customer service. Left a stool by the dressing room, I sat on it whilst waiting for my friend to try a top on as I struggle with anaemia and felt dizzy . She proceeds to tell me it shouldn’t be out here so I can’t sit on it… and tells me to move . Because your staff are incapable I’ve got to suffer ? She didn’t even offer another seat , just told me to move.

Really amazing customer service experience on multiple occasions. The retail staff were all friendly, helpful and non-discriminatory i.e. as an ethnic minority I was treated the same as everyone else by all the staff. That isn't the case in all retail shops so it is noteworthy in a positive way.  The layout of the store is also great, and it is well-stocked with a fantastic selection of items!

The most horrible experience I’ve had with urban outfitters. The manager, Jake, was so racist and racially profiling my family wearing headscarves. He was horrible and rude to my mum after she called him out on his behaviour instead of apologising. My sister asked another staff member about a size and she said “go ask someone else” :/  The staff needs to be held responsible for their behaviour. Completely unacceptable

As a whole I love shopping at urban outfitters but it’s just the icing on the cake when the staff are attentive and generally brilliant. I was shopping about a week ago now and just wanted to say thankyou to Kate’s i hope i’ve got your name right because she was super helpful and made me feel heard straight away.

Think very high of this shop. It very much fits into the fashion sense of local brummies and nothing is too high end and it is very affordable. A great place to buy clothing gifts and casual, night-out clothing. Upstairs was another whole experience which made my girlfriend very happy with all the different types of dresses and accessories. A good place to add on to the agenda of a day out in brum!

Two workers held up the queue having a little chit chat. Stood in a queue of about 4 people for 14 minutes. The store was dirty, clothes all over the place and not many sizes in stock seems to just be large which is unfortunate for some who's a smaller body frame.
