I was slightly apprehensive for my visit to the clinic but I needn’t have worried as from the start the staff are very welcoming and put you at ease straightaway.  My appointment was with Eileen, she was absolutely brilliant, extremely knowledgeable, explaining clearly what tests would be taken and why.  Her explanation of how the body works was interesting and informative and put across in a fun, easy to understand format.  I was so glad I went and would highly recommend, it is a very in-depth health check, 3 hours in total, and worth every penny.

We use Solihull Health Check Clinic for the safety critical medicals some of our employees require for their roles and to carry pit drug and alcohol testing. Eileen is extremely professional, thorough and quickly builds an excellent rapport with those she is working with. The service provided is always exemplary and timely. We would recommend them to other businesses who can benefit from the services that they offer.

Eileen is very professional, caring and attentive to details. She listens and gives the best advice to you when you most needed them. It’s worth every penny for the Well Women’s health check. Recommend SHCC to anyone who wants to be taken care of holistically! Note: Pat and Angela have been welcoming, the clinic is clean and tidy.

My 1st visit to Eileen for a medical and as soon as I walked in she spotted my anxiety even though I thought I was masking it. She was amazing, we talked in detail about the menopause and how it has affected my life. I am already feeling more positive just from talking to someone. Highly recommend Eileen and team to everyone she's a life saver!

Short version - I HIGHLY recommend. Personable, serene, and the best medical experience I've ever had!  I was originally nervous and quite scared of my health check, worried what was about to be uncovered turned out I was perfectly healthy and I was made to feel relaxed and at complete ease.  My time at the clinic was like a warm embrace the whole way through from entering to leaving!  Sensitive conversations on multiple topics were treated with flawless consideration. Medical jargon was explained in simple terms to help give an understanding, which also removed the "unknown" about those things, alleviating worries even more and teaching me new things too.  Everyone was incredibly friendly and personable, I didn't feel like a patient going through the procedures, I was a human being, me, who was having conversations and doing activities.  I felt respected and cared about, physically, mentally, and emotionally.  It was actually a pleasure and I highly recommend, and even though it's a 4 hour journey for me, I will definitely go again if/when I need to.  Thank you again! Simon

I went the have a check up and as always the best treatment ever! I felt so comfortable taking about my health and the treatment is amazing, the new massage bed makes it a better experience! Eileen is the best woman there is for the job!  Thank you!

Warm welcome by Eileen and Angela as soon as we walked into the health centre. The appointment was for my son who is suffering from anxiety & depression. Eileen explained everything to him in detail before she took the blood test etc. She helped to try and keep him relaxed as she picked up on his anxiety straight away. Excellent service from this clinic.  My only one very, very minor issue regards prescriptions.  The medicine my daughter requires, relies on a prescription that can only be signed for by one particular doctor.  His availability to sign prescriptions is one day a week.  This requires a bit of planning on my behalf but I can tend to forget.  That said, Angela has to be one of the nicest receptionists I have ever dealt with !!  She goes the extra mile to help out with the above issue.

Went to see SHCC for blood tests after a minor episode at home. Somehow, they managed to squeeze me in the very next day - amazing. Once through the door, I was made to feel very relaxed and at ease. Eileen took me through all of the tests and explained what she was doing and why. Not once did I feel rushed and any concerns I may have had were addressed. It turns out I needed medication, and by the time I got home, I had a phone call to say they had spoken to my GP and my prescription was waiting for me. Following my assessment, Eileen took me through my results and helped me understand what I needed to change to improve on my health. Cannot recommend their services and Eileen in particular enough.
