Our family is registered with park surgery Shirley under GPS health care. All GPs and Nurses are good and honestly best. But at reception one lady is always arrogant towards us. Not only to me, to my wife and even to our 4 year old son. It happens always not only once. GPS need to take proper attention on this receptionis. Need to give proper training.

Shocking - little customer care, no procedures and, if you don't agree with them, they hang up on you. I had to make 12 calls to arrange a hospital appointment as they couldn't get one for me. Dr Ahmed says he powerless to do anything to help and its up to me! I have to use Dr Google to do my own diagnosis as they've run out of ideas about why I've had a daily headache for 12 months. I've now seen 7 different doctors (3 at Tanworth Lane) and none of them (apart from Dr Rizvi) have a clue.
