We came across Bluebird Care Birmingham when we were considering options for Care Homes in Birmingham. Initially – we did not know there could be an alternative to residential care, but the team at Bluebird Care Birmingham were great in walking us through the different care options. Unlike other care agencies in Birmingham we approached, they took the time to understand our needs and what we wanted. Our grandad has a wonderful live in carer who is now part of the family
Amazing company to work for, there very supportive and really work around your schedule to suit you!. Working for bluebird gave me the courage to apply to college for a access course to nursing, they catered my needs for days i need off to go college and the manager was really helpful when i had to do my placement booklet. I am now off to university to complete a nursing degree and i truly would not of been able to do this without bluebird company's help and support. If you are looking to work in care or higher your knowledge then bluebird is a great opportunity

I've been working for Bluebird for 3 months now. I love the job! I have over 5 years experience in care homes and one of the main reasons I left my last employment was management. I feel blessed to be working with such a great team! There's always someone I can get in touch with about any concerns, any problems are dealt with and there is a great staff morale. Bluebird Solihull is a team! I dont think think there is a single member of the team I cant approach.

I worked for Bluebird for just under a year and only left due to family commitments. Even during a global pandemic, Bluebird were such a great company to work for. Being new to the care industry, I had endless amounts of support and really felt part of a team. I really enjoyed my time at Bluebird and would love to go back one day! All the staff were lovely and really helpful all of the time. Would definitely recommend as an employer!
