Popped in with family as they're having renovations. We arrived early afternoon and we were the only ones there, really friendly staff, great variety of Sofas at all different price ranges. Clean and quiet, and we really took our time around the store, we weren't harassed by any sales staff which was lovely. Their clearance section upstairs had a few really nice pieces - worth checking out. Toilets were really clean too.
As with anywhere that sells you stuff, all looked very good whilst we were buying. The delivery however- later than promised I must say, was less than pleasant. Sofa delivered with a broken leg. Another one with the detached. The easy glides paid for not attached. It is a joke.
Lovely experience, we took our time choosing what was right for us. We went with Aniline leather in the end. The sales lady was terrific, they gave us a date, they called us to advise it was early. We had it delivered and it is so lovely. Thank you Sofology. We promise to look after it.
Its a pity you can not give Sofology no stars. Ordered a sofa in June - delivery was August, yet I'm still waiting. Correspondence is horrific - once it 'arrived' at Sofology but then they decided it hadn't. Every week since August, they think it and tell me, when I phone, that it arrives on Friday - and every week it doesn't. But no apology call. And now in late October I am being told they are just cutting the letter.....some 9 weeks after its scheduled delivery. Absolute horrific. My previous sofa was from their competitor, on time and as per order. My advise is shop elsewhere as they are keen to take your money but not keen to supply the product.
Visited all of the sofa shops at Fosse Park. Met Sanj at sofology. He was by far the best salesperson we met that day. He did everything right. Well done Sanj. Top marks.
Fantastic selection of sofas. Great choice of sofas, corners, chairs and more in each range. A choice of fabrics, leathers and finishes.
Just purchased a sofa from Alfie & Jitan. Great customer service would definitely recommend them!
Our sofas have been delayed in excess of 2 months and yesterday we received written confirmation that it would be delivered today. We rang up today at midday as there was no sign of them and we assured they were arriving but the driver was running late. Two phone calls later, we were told the same thing and when they tried to connect to the driver, the call disconnected. Now at 15:30 we have been told that this was an error and our sofas were never arriving today, in fact they have not even been dispatched to our nearest depot. The customer service has been non-existent and we have now wasted our entire day and only offered a gesture of goodwill compensation of £100 which does not simply feel adequate. Whenever we chase for updates, we sit on hold in excess of 1hour and the calls will constantly disconnect and we have spoken to others who experience the same. No one is taking responsibility and we are now approaching a 3 month delay with no accountability and we still remain unsure as to when or if our sofas will arrive. Sofology have given us no assurance but were quick to take payment. We have asked for the complaints procedure on calls but this has never been provided to us. We just want our sofas, that were promised to us today after such a lengthy delay
I really liked the store and had some beautiful stock but after reading all the negative reviews online decided not the supplier fir me.
we bought a sofa costing over £3600 and with-in 2 years began to discolour previous sofas we've owned never discoloured so quickly, so to say we are disappointed is an understatement Sofology sent out a technician to help and he did slightly. He coloured in the effected areas and left reassuring us he fully completed the task. He actually missed a few areas and it may of only taken 15 minutes extra to do the job properly Sofology have said the problem is caused by wear and tear and will do no more for us. On their website it boasts about the durability and top quality products used to make their sofas....this is actually false as I have found out. The sofa we bought is their Heritage, so if you are looking at this particular one, you may consider a different choice I'm glad I didn't rate Sofology when we first bought the sofa, I may of given them 5* Also their customer adviser Holly told me I'd receive a customer satisfaction survey, I didn't get this, so thought I'd explain the problem on here
