Laser in for repair three times on the third time they wanted me to pay but they can’t itemise the parts they say they have replaced. I told I would pay when the can give me written confirmation of the parts they say they have replaced and they have not managed to achieved this. Hilti are nowthreatening me with court action for payment for a substandard service with the laser going faulty again after three weeks Appalling customer service
