Decent out of town location on London Road. Stocking a wide variety of TV, Home Cinema, HiFi and accessories. As with all Richer Sounds stores there are huge discounts to be found. On street parking is available but can be a problem. The staff are extremely helpful and go the extra mile. Worth a visit if you are looking for a new TV.

Great buying experience. Called the store to ask if they had a projector in stock and they had one. Explained that Amazon was selling it for £375 and asked if they would price match. They price matched the item and reserved for me without asking for any deposit. I went to the store and they already had the product waiting for me, so it was just a matter of paying. The guy who served me had a badge saying deputy manager. He was friendly, polite and helpful. This was my first visit to this company and I was impressed so I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Best move I've ever made buying from these guys. Explained everything from top to bottom with my new hi-fi and TV. And they knew exactly what they were talking about. For real sound advice look no further than richer

Best place for audiophile lovers. Real hi-fi products and a very friendly staff.. it also has a testing room dedicated to check before you buy.
