Would give 0 stars if there was an option. Charge late fees and now I’m due a refund haven’t even sorted it and it’s been a month. Wonder what would happen if I added late fees onto my refund. Keep getting promised to be called by a manager to sort this out never happens. Call in and the lady brushing it off saying don’t worry a manager will call. Thinking of taking the matter further as I have all the calls recorded, messages and paperwork regarding the whole matter
Terrible please avoid predejuice staff assuming my cheque is counterfeit because of being an ethnic minority stupid people made to wait 1 hour for nothing went to another shop process took less than 5 minutes please avoid terrible service and staff
Waste of time. Information given on the phone not correct so I didn't bring correct documentation. My aswell just go to the bank.
I went to this shop to pawn one of my phone but the women who looked at the phone and she asked her manager who was standing beside her said there is a scratch inside when wasn't at all there was nothing wrong in the phone just because there was not a screen protector doesn't mean the phone was crack up. First the people who used worked in there was complete brilliant and the shop was doing so well that I felt like going back to them but now I don't like to step inside the shop as there are ignorant staff working down there what I say is bring the old people back inside the shop instead of new ones who working down there they don't know nothing and they are employed down there.i think the shop should close down or bring the old staff back where they are actually belong.
I am very disappointed. So much worst than it was before. I don't know what criteria the recruitment manager follows when interviewing candidates but new staff is just terrible. Low level of English, zero knowledge of company's terms and conditions. Doesn't follow standard procedures. After 2 years of being a customer I am changing the Cash Shop
Went over and beyond good staff nice and very very pleasant experience good working mode and very good price you put for items in payback good not too expensive to claim back be careful what you put in to get back out make sure you can afford to get back out your items.... .
Poor English. Bad communication. Don’t give you correct details of what ID you need. Had my items weighed and priced, popped out and came back to a different man saying he couldn’t even see the hallmark.. unprofessional. Time wasters.
DISGUSTING DIABOLICAL SERVICE! We have been using the cash shop ever since it opened for pawnbroking and for quick loans, however it seems they've changed. Don't they train their new staff? We have decided to take our business elsewhere due to a drastic experience with an amateur young indian lady who fumbled and was confused on how to use the system, huffed and puffed as she ran around looking for things, obviously waiting for the gentleman with the ponytail to finish with his customer so she could ask him to assist. I politely told her I would be back later and left. She gave me an evil glare. Never will I return again.
I brought a laptop from here, and I was faulty it kept turning off after 20 mins so I have had to buy a whole new computer. I'm fuming because I've lost £129.
All the staff here are brilliant. They all do a great job and always provide a friendly service
