I have been buying purfume from here for almost 6 years and for the first time I had a bad expirence , a lady never had a smile on her face and when my partner said he forgot his point card the lady took his detail then saw he had £5 off and he asked if he can use it she said okay then after asked for Id which we never get asked for , I did tell her that we always buy here and no one checks Id , I asked for manager n she said it in funny way “I am the manager” She made us feel soo bad, she goes how do we know your using someone’s point that’s fair enough but why would take our detail n they could have explained it in a nice tone
