I have been to this store a few times and the staff are always helpful and friendly, answering all my questions and even taking a cushion apart on a sofa for me to show me how it was constructed!

Waited 9 weeks for our two sofas - the first delivery attempt by rude and incompetent drivers failed as they refused to deliver as it was too difficult ( we live in a 3 bed semi - hardly ? ) the second delivery - did not even show - take our advice - Buy somewhere else - customer service is NIL !

I ordered a RIGHT hand facing corner sofa but got a LEFT hand facing one instead. Despite the fact that I double and triple checked with them in store the sofa was facing the right direction. The delivery guys were courteous and helpful and carried it up three flights of stairs to my living room, only discovered the mistake when the sofa was unpacked. Although a full refund was issued, I waited 14 weeks for the sofa to arrive, spent so much time on ordering the sofa, they also wasted manufacturer's time and the delivery guys' time and energy. Disappointed, couldn't even get the basics right and tell the difference between left and right.
