Flooring department used to be fabulous. Now they are rubbish. They let us down 3 times during installation of my latest project, resulting in other trades having to be rearranged. When they finally undertook the installation we had some snagging issues. I have since been chasing them uphill and down dale for over 6 months to complete this snagging. All to no avail apparently they are too busy on other projects. Makes the warranty worthless. Used to recommend this Company to everybody. WOULD NOT NOW.
I will never recommend this company. There service once they have your money is shocking!!!! do not us them. Incorrect flooring ordered. No attempt to rectify the situation.
