It was a welcoming atmosphere. Easy to browse and take your time with out being pounced on by staff.
The staff are friendly and helpful

Can't get anywhere as no one picks up the damn phone.. need to ask for certain product details saves me going all the way just for a bit of information.. very frustrating.
