"Please note that due to a flood back in August 2022, the squash courts, indoor ice rink, trampoline park, soft play area and coffee corner are currently temporarily unavailable at this location. Considered the flagship centre in the borough, Sobell Leisure Centre is situated in the heart of the London Borough of Islington, just minutes away from Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. Sobell boasts an extensive array of activities, sports and many courses. There is a large multi-court sport hall, large gym, a variety of fitness studios, permanent dojo, boxing gym, junior gym and sauna. Sobell is also home to many clubs, school programmes and health initiatives."

Facilities excellent. A real shame that it was too busy. Hard to keep track of where your children are because it’s so busy which feels unsafe. Either sell less tickets or ensure the whole place is cleared out at the end of a session before letting others in! It could be the best soft centre in the area if they did this.
Soft play is lovely in terms of facilities and cleanliness but as a previous reviewer said no rush by staff to exit on time slots… theres no point in booking time slots then? It was ridiculously busy to the point where it was not enjoyable for the children because of how packed it was. I wont be back here any time soon.
We visited the new adventure play area . The 8 year old had a great time but the 3 year old had a miserable time because it was too overwhelming and busy and she refused to go on after 10 minutes ,the younger ones really don't stand a chance among the boisterous older children..it felt like unorganised chaos ...145 capacity is alot of children . The seating area for parents needs improving and the cafe had barely any seating ,just a few tables and chairs and I just felt it hadn't been thought through properly in it's design and operation ...
Took my kids, family and friends here to the new soft play and it was a great day out , I loved how spacious it was inside and had lots of slides, plus the staff were friendly and didn’t rush us out by time slots ;which I appreciate a lot. Toilets are pretty and new too Thank you!
Absolutely amazing! We visted the new soft play which is a childs dream.The staff where so friendly and went out of their way to help me namely Imaan Thuraya, Lee and Adam. -Soft play is big enough for Adults to play along side children -It is clean -There is one way in and out of soft play
Good Staff they really organised themselves then very good in their job ain’t very good swimming lido I went to the Lido really good Lido good swimming pool good lockers good showers very good night use the how to dry my trunks very good to place to go for other people want to use the swimming pool at Kings Cross very good place to go for other people want to go. It’s really good.
The soft play activity is superb I would say it needs a staff overlooking the play areas as the bigger kids interfere with the under 2s which could cause accidents...
Pitches for football are ok but they haven't had a working shower in the changing rooms for over a year and they still charge over £100 for a pitch booking
Great for kids Brilliant for a rainy day. Can be quite packed but it’s a good size space. There is a separate bit upstairs for under 5s which is still big enough. There is a seating area upstairs looking down into the trampoline area and a kiosk that sells drinks and snacks
Fantastic GYM in Isligton and London friendly club with good management Thanks for All people work at the sobeil leisure centre We are run taekwondo at Center very happy Recomind to All family to live be in Isligton can found All Activity in the gym London taekwondo
