Absolutely brilliant service throughout. Thoroughly professional and friendly from the second I walked on the lot to driving off in my new car. It started so well . . . . I can not fault the customer service we received from Corin on the sales team, but the comments we overheard from the Sales Manager Barry just as we were about to sit down with Corin surprised both myself and my husband. As we were about to go out on a test drive Corin was called into Barry's office of which there is no door and Barry talks very loudly we over here from the other side of the dealership him say " Only spend 20mins with them not an hour and half as you aren't going to get a sale" ! Throughout the week I had been on the phone with Corin and from the start I advised him I wasn't in a position to place an order during March but would be in the next 2 -3 months and was just looking to test drive a Vitara and get a price so when I was in a position to move forward I knew exactly what I wanted. I had also been upfront with Corin and told him the first conversation I had with him I had negative equatity in my car and would need to wait till I could clear that and then put a deposit down on a new car which we were hoping to do by June at the latest. Corin said he would see if there was anything that they could do anyway, he came back to me on the Friday and said there wasn't which I was expecting. I had arranged to see Corin about 3:30pm knowing that the dealership would be quietier that time of day. The fact is good customer service is good customer service whether I place an order this month or in 2/3 months time. The dealership wasn't busy the Manager and two other sales people were sat in his office talking when we arrived and left. I had also explained to Corin that I used to work for  a Nissan Dealership and had only ever used Westway Nissan and Snows Peugeot to by my cars over the last 13 years of driving so always remained loyal. I will be now ordering my Vitara through another Suzuki Dealership even if it means an hours drive to get it serviced. If it wasn't for the comments I had over heard I would have 100% ordered the car through them once I had the funds in place.

Barry and Steve worked tirelessly to find me an S-Cross to suit my spec and budget. Steve was open and honest and there were absolutely no hard sales tactics. Excellent rate of finance through their broker. One of the better car purchasing experiences I've had and would recommend them to anyone.
