Had a few issues with my car and Nissan Southampton team really went out of their way to help me. Really helpful, understanding and in the end have earned my respect and loyalty. I would highly recommend this dealer, and I will be buying from them in the future.

Poor customer service. Phoned before I left and was told my parts had come in and they would fit them when I arrived. Waited in line for 15 minutes only to be told the mechanics would be leaving now and couldn't change my flat tyre! Told I could bring it in the following day but not until after 12:30 as they were busy!! Would not recommend at all.

The staff are rude and unhelpful, clearly in the business of serving themselves not customers. It is definitely worth the drive to Wessex Bristol Nissan as they have manners and excellent customer service and are happy to help the customer rather than their own desires. Never going back to West Way, if you are interested in the Leaf 2.0 avoid this dealership like the plage!

Service carryed out ok told disc were worn as them to do work when picked up car they only done service said I will have to come back cat handed over at 8.30 am got car at 4pm what had they been doing all day

I’m a very busy carpenter who was looking out for a van when I say busy I needed the van there and then, finance and paperwork takes time. Karol sorted me out with a courtesy van for the day, these guys went above and beyond for me the Manager was working with Karol and also got involved in working he’s magic, I will be picking up my van tommorrow morning and I can-not wait, what a fantastic job to the guys. Lots of mixed emotions on the reviews, mine was good! No hard sale and very relaxed with a lovely cuppa! Hopefully the after sales and warranties run as smooth. Great job guys!
