I had the pleasure to eat at this lovely restaurant, and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the level of authenticity in food I had the pleasure to find. The restaurant looks beautiful, the staff is excellent and the chef is brilliant. I had the pleasure to taste very good food specific to Indian cuisine. I had much appreciated help from the staff in choosing the right dishes in accordance with my preferences and needs. Our interaction was kind, refreshing, and very helpful, both him and the chef being keen and very quality oriented. This is what people expect to find and are pleased about. If you drop into Nottingham, make sure you visit this place for a very high quality culinary experience, atmosphere and treatment.

One of the finest Indian Restaurants in Nottingham. Wide range of selection on menu. Drinks & Food both. Recommended for vegetarians as well. Never disappointed in any visit.

I highly recommend this place!! The two brothers who waited on us were absolutely fantastic. They were so friendly and we had so much banter with them it was funny. The atmosphere is very relaxed and chilled, definitely felt comfortable in there and the food was second to none. Couldn't fault it. They tailored all of the curries to our own individual spice preferences, it tasted fresh, authentic and was full of flavour.  Yes, there was a slight wait for the mains but to be fair, not that much longer than other places in the grand scheme of things, and I am more than happy to wait slightly longer for food when it tastes that good. When it is being cooked to order what do you expect? Plus it meant we could let the appetisers go down and enjoy a drink and a chat whilst we waited.  Cannot wait to go back again.

Lovely place,very helpful staff,and amazing food.

Great food and great flavours but can be a little slow on service. Prices are pretty good, they do a cheaper menu early evening 'before the theatre'. The waiters are finely attired and you are made to feel very welcome.

Food is good..daal makhni is authentic. Tandoori roti are also good..

This restaurant exceeded our expectations, the service was excellent with staff that were happy to explain and recommend dishes to suit our tastes. The food when it arrived was amazing nicely presented and tasted delicious. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Having dined in this restaurant was one of the worst customer experiences ever. The staff was far from polite, rather basic decency to talk to customers. Rude.  There was no manager to manage the restaurant only waiters and that too as if they are doing a favour to serve us. I wish I have recorded their behaviour to share with you all. Surely a no no !  There are far better places to go for Indian food in the city and if you still wish to go here ...might as well burn your money or throw it in a bin. Negative one star.

We have to say that this was the BEST Indian meal we have ever had and we have had a lot in our time. We live in Kettering and came to see my daughter and her partner for the weekend. She had booked a table at 5 pm on Saturday 23rd the service the food the staff were all fantastic, we would go as far as to say that we are likely to travel to Nottingham and home again just for another meal
