Amazing atmosphere and food, highly recommend, interior is lovely. We have been coming here for years with no issues! Food can be quite spicy but they have offered in the past to reduce the spice. Always well presented and friendly staff.
Great service to give us a great dining experience. On a Friday night, there was a magician Mr. Freddy to entertain the kids. Mr. Sreelaj took care of us with smiles and friendliness. There were many choices in the Menu. Authentic Kerala cuisine. Muyal Rabbit pepper fry was good. Chicken pepper gravy kozhi kurumilagu was super Portion sizes were reasonably good. A must try restaurant
Absolutely delicious food we had the lamb dosa and a mango,strawberry and kiwi fruit juice although it was more like a smoothy, not complaining lol!! and service was excellent, they were very pleasant, lovely and greeted with a smile! Fantastic experience, well be back!!xxFood: 5/5
The food here is amazing and some of the best curry dishes I've ever had. I came here with my partner and grandparents and we all had a great time, the atmosphere when we went was nice and relaxed and the servers always made sure we had water at our table. Would recommend anyone who is in Nottingham looking for somewhere to eat a curry to come here. Vegetarian options: With Kayal's menu originating from the region of Kerala and being very authentic the menu has many pescatarian and vegetarian options available.
Really disappointed with todays fish curry. I ordered fish curry and appam via uber today, appam was awesome and fish curry was below average, seems like the chef added some fish into the tomato souse and onion. I really like the dishes last time it was awesome. Hoping that you improve the quality . See you again. Food: 2/5
Very delicious dishes, I was surprised how big portions they served. A very attentive service and great atmosphere, they are happy to help if you not sure what to choose. Came on a very quiet Sunday, service was still superb and the food came out quickly. We shared a dosa to start, really lovely shredded chicken inside and a gradual build up of heat, would definitely recommend. We then had the duck curry and seafood curry, both full of flavour. Huge prawns and mussels, though the squid was slightly over as it was cut into small pieces. The paratha was divine. Only slight let down was the faint smell of chlorine and the toilets looked in need of a really deep clean around the sink etc. Overall an authentic and flavoursome experience, somewhere to go if you want to mix up your standard Indian experience.
Such a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this place and I’m certainly going to return. The food here is cooked well and the service welcoming. Pricing is slightly higher but worth it. If you’re in Nottingham this restaurant is worth a visit.

Great service, great vegan food, and some of the friendliest staff you will meet. Truly excellent value for money and a unique menu you won't forget in a hurry. I loved the interior design, the wide variety of foods and the interesting drinks offered to me. Every detail here has been thought of and planned out to make the experience memorable for customers. Would certainly recommend!
