Noor Jahan has been established for the past 28 years and is known to be one of the few long established restaurants in Nottingham.

Story

We have managed to maintain a long lasting relation with our customers, some of which have been coming for the past 20 years. At Noor Jahan we are passionate about Indian food, and always aim for customers to enjoy a memorable experience.

Although we do offer a authentic indian menu, we are happy to make dishes which are not on the menu.

Noor Jahan follow the mission to provide customers with good honest indian food at a valuable price.

Great restaurant, second time I've been in a matter of a few weeks, already planning on a 3rd visit with work. Service is brilliant, very friendly staff. Dropped off flowers the day before for them to be on table as we arrived for an anniversary celebration. Absolutely love it here! We came here for a society meal, and they were able to accommodate 15 people. The food was amazing, as well as the service. The lamb rogan Josh was probably the best curry I’ve ever had, so we ended up coming again a few days later. The owner made a personal effort to come introduce himself and learnt our names which was lovely. We tried a new curry which I can’t spell, however, it was just as good. I would recommend anyone to come, and the prices are the best I’ve seen in the whole of Nottingham. £14.95 for a starter, a main, rice, naan bread, and a coffee and mint at the end.
The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the service was quick as well. They even consider customizing the spice level to your liking. Recommended non veg starters: Prawn puree and Tandoori king prawn. Main course: Chicken tikka bahar with naan. The food was exceptionally delicious and budget friendly. 10/10 would come back again for sure!!
A warm welcome by the staff here, there are always people here enjoying the good food and service. If you ask for extra garlic or spice, your request is spot on. Tasty and plenty of variety of dishes on the menu. The £14.95 meal deal of 1 starter, 1 main, 1 vegetarian side, 1 rice/naan & 1 tea/coffee put bums on seats as that is such good value for money and plenty of it. Would highly recommend and would visit again in the future.
My first visit and it won’t be the last. I throughly enjoyed every mouthful of my meal. The lamb was very tender with great flavors. I’ve been to many Bangladeshi restaurants and this one was one of the best I’ve been to. Service by all staff is great. Ehsan recommended some fantastic dishes I will come with my friends next time !! Thank you guys Give this place a try !

Excellent service!  and the food was delicious  especially the Chicken Tikka Bahar. I started with Hot Meat, followed by Chef's Special Chicken Tikka Bahar with Ginger Rice. It's a popular and bustling restaurant in Nottingham. I ate my dinner over there. I'm definitely going to visit their restaurant next time. I highly recommend this place.
Asked for "Spicy" food and they delivered..!! Highly recommended for anyone who is looking for a good place to have some excellent Indian/Bangladesh cuisine. Very friendly service and environment.Food: 5/5
I went here on Tuesday for a friend’s birthday, there was 7 of us. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The food was awesome and great value for money. Would definitely recommend, and will definitely be coming back. Please can you start doing deliveries Vegetarian options: Someone in our party ordered this, and was good value for money
