Went in at around 5ish on a weekday and it wasn't busy. Stood for a while at the sign saying 'please wait to be seated' but got bored of waiting so just sat down. Tried ordering our food off the app but there wasnt a table number on our table so had to go to the bar. Got our drinks ordered which were an ok price and got a table number. Ordered the new butter burger as it was meant to come in a smoke filled cover but when we got the food it was just a standard burger and a portion of chips. Did try to call back waitress but she didn't hear me and there no other waitress came back to see how we wqs enjoying the meal. Partners mac-n-cheese though was really rich and cheesy so helped finish that off. Pretty poor food and experience.
We went here for the Labrador pop up Cafe 11th Feb, I don't think the staff could have been any more accommodating than they were, despite lots of dogs running around and having fun they looked after everyone to make it a thoroughly enjoyable session. It was the first time we've done something like this but after having such a great time I'm sure we would do it again. Many thanks to the staff for their hard work in making it such a great experience.
Whoever was working at the Corner House location September 22nd were absolutely amazing. The service was excellent. We had an amazing time. Great drinks at great prices. Unfortunately the night took a turn for the worst for us and my aunt had a panic attack outside but the staff couldn't do enough us. Thank you so much for those at the Nottingham Corner House location on that day
A group of 4 of us had bottomless brunch on a Saturday evening, it was very busy so service was slow, the food very average my friend didn't get her chips, my other friend asked for ketchup and it never arrived, we only had burgers and pizza so it really wasn't difficult to get right, then onto the bottomless drinks, didn't have one that tasted nice the whole night, how can you have salted caramel flavour with lemon and lime it was disgusting, I then proceeded to try other flavours and they didn't get much better and to top it off still left completely sober. Serving food when its so busy isn't a good idea unless they get it more organised.
Had a bottomless at 5. Sat there for the first 20 minutes and no one came over. Eventually after asking someone did and said we had basically been forgotten about. Took drink and food order for table. 5 minutes later brought out food and a bottle of Prosecco. Said they were over booked which is why we still didn’t have drinks. Drinks came later but weren’t what we ordered. At this point we couldn’t be bothered to send them back and continue without drinks. We were asked for cocktail orders about 7 times. We received 4 of these and none except one drink was what we had ordered. This was worrying considering one of the girls we were with had an allergy to pineapple and we didn’t know what we had been brought. I appreciate the Prosecco was brought as an apology for the business however with 2/5 not drinking wine it wasn’t much good. Food was nice enough but would recommend avoiding on Saturdays.
I had my hen party here yesterday and it was fantastic. The service was exemplary from my initial query for the booking through to the main event. We had a private booth which included a buffet and a welcome drink, the food was lovely and was all really good value for money! The staff were very attentive!Food: 5/5
The place is quite cute and in a great location. Clean, well organised, wooden tables with great atmosphere. Good service - always with a smile. Food is good but it is more casual and a bit pub like. A little bit more upscale Whetherspoons. Cocktails are lovely but very pricey. Not really a romantic place so wouldn’t recommend for a date but might be good for birthday drinks. For a night out it’s very busy with people and dance. Lots of younger crowd but good music. Watch out for cards at the bar as they overcharged us once as we didn’t see what the amount was when we tapped the card. Overall good place for lunch and night out if you’re not too fussed about finding something one of a kind.
Entered the restaurant with the wife and was told to sit wherever. The restaurant was quiet, and we were 1 of 4 customers in the restaurants, but it took 10 minutes for the blonde waiteress to come over and arrogantly said 'Oh I guess you want Table service ' where there was no indication that its table or online service. As we were taken a back we left immediately and ruined our date with the Mrs
Had such an amazing and fun time at the cocktail masterclass!! Dylan and Kaylee were super nice and created a great atmosphere for out time here!!Food: 5/5
Shocking service and food quality. 3 out of the 9 meals came out 10 to 15 mins after everyone else as order taken down incorrectly. The adult crispy chicken burger and fries £11 was delivered on a childs plate and the bread was hard and dry and the chicken cold and overcooked. Very disappointing!Food: 1/5
