Great to have an emergency backup. Shame the reception staff treat you like a sponge who is just using the free system. 
I actually paid £20 before even seeing a nurse then blagged as I left for more "as were just a charity". 
I didn't take any medicine or treatment just quick advice on a bad foot.
Expect good care and heavy emotional blackmail

Excellent professional service. With a new consessionary service also means you can now pay for treatment which is far more reasonable than private practice.

Pdsa.........
As a paying customer not charity! we took our beautiful cat sonny to the Pdsa with his stomach swollen (what was said cud be water in the stomach)
Polish woman Amy popaw was not interested in the least me and my partner were so concerned asking questions etc to be told I can’t hear it’s heart beat.. then our cat was purring and Sternling told him to be quiet!  As u can imagine we were not happy with this attitude.
We were sent away sonny’s stomach was massive and right to be concerned 
Not even a scan X-ray nothing ... sent away with tablets.. sonny was becoming bigger and had an appointment for today but..... this morning when I woke up sonny was found dead! Yes dead! I feel absolutely guttered that he was shrugged off! And this could have been a different story if they took the right procedure to look into what was wrong with him! How on earth can any vet say what’s wrong with him without running tests! My sister in law was a head veterinarian there once and would never have been happy with her employee vet letting someone leave with their beloved animal dissatisfied with service provided!
Absolutely disgusting and this is a formal complaint and will take this further, so no one is fobbed off again.. DISGUSTED my boy should have been looked after and treated better.. and would as I speak right now should have been lying on my lap.😡😢SHAME ON YOU AMY POPOW!!!
