I always enjoy my visits to this cinema. It is very clean, the seats are comfortable and it is reasonably priced. It's great that we have this facility in Corby. However, the main reason for my posting of this review is the excellent customer service. Everyone with whom I've had dealings has been friendly, polite and helpful. I've recently had reason to contact the cinema about an issue not of the cinema's making and they've helped me to resolve it quickly and efficiently. Fabulous service, thank you to all.
I'm giving it 5 stars because of the seats, and the manager seemed helpful when I asked to change seats.nThe lady with the black and white hair - I think she could be a bit more friendly. I was standing in the queue and I had no idea if she was serving or not - I'm not a mind reader.nThe cleanliness of the whole place needs to go up a notch. I appreciate they won't have a cleaner on call all the time but it does not stop the staff cleaning the toilets or picking up rubbish as soon as a movie has finished.nI will be back because this place is good for corby and we must support it.
Fantastic cinema! We went to see Spider Man today and there were some children at the front who were unaccompanied by their parents . They were warned twice times to be quiet and then the staff asked them to leave . Excellent job and well done .
Came in on the 2nd at 5pm and the lobby was very busy, a girl called us over to another till on the left as we was just ordering drinks. While i understand it was busy the girl was rushing us and tried to leave even when we hadnt finished ordering. She went to walk off and my father had to call her back as he was waiting to order his own drink. She then handed him his drink and went to walk off again and he had to call her back as he was wanting to pay with cash. The girl assumed he had paid by card and tried to walk off without checking he had even paid. If we hadnt been honest we would have gotten the drink for free.nnWe came again today 1st thing and somehow was given the wrong number room. A manager stopped us and directed us to the correct room, taking our tickets from our hand without asking and told us he would be back with new tickets but he did never come back in the end??nnWe also visited the baby changing toilets today and they was filthy.nnWe love coming here as its close to home, has recliner seats and a parent baby club but the customer service hasnt been the greatest lately.
The cinema and staff are great. Seating is very comfortable. Now that Kettering has lost its cinema, I prefer the Savoy to Rushden Lakes. Would have given 5 stars except for the lack of hand rails for us oldies and the popcorn isn't great.
