I’m in the cinema right now and I have to sit through 20 minutes of advertisement. And who knows how much more it is going to last. I almost finished all of my skittles and my drink. I am not happy about it. Anyway I like the seating arrangement but the screen is a bit too small. I like the tables but they’re too loose. Thank you.
We had a great experience on Wednesday morning. Watched 3d XPlus Avatar. Nice clean cinema, not busy. Popcorn and cola good too. Happy with everything. Thank you
Smart cinema. Standard ie eye wateringly expensive prices for drinks and snacks. Screen and sound quality was excellent. However, star knocked off as we paid extra for a leather chair. Sadly, it was awful. Uncomfortable and left me with an aching back for days. Will stick to the normal fabric chairs in future.
Went to watch the film called Plane. Was great was little bit busy which was good. Food & Drink was over prices but this was a cinema. Seats was ok. Staff was polite and helpful.
Visited on 19th December with my elderly parents. Seemedvto be a partial power outage so lifts were not all working to all floors. No clear instructions. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to a working lift to the cinema floor. Some escalators not working. On the way out qt 10pm could not access the car park. Staff said we had to go outside and walk round. Left my parents on the street in the tain while I walked back up the entrance ramp to get the car. Spoilt an otherwise enjoyable experience. We will not be returning. If my parents had been onb their own this could have been a dangerous nightmare
Yesterday I went there to watch the movie " Pathaan " And it was a very good experience for me because I watched the movie in the UK for the first time.... And this is gonna be my life time memories ... Yeah it's a good experience.. I enjoyed it.
Still looking good, easy to park, lots of choice all the makings of a good family event. Wide range of snacks and treats, drinks including a cheeky tipple in the director's lounge or bar area. Organised, polite and helpful staff. Toilets are clean and well maintained.
Came for a 2D Dr. strange to wait my car to get service Friendly staff, great Dolby Atmos, the screen was okay, seat was acceptable comfortable
All I can say is Amazing
We went to see Westlife yesterday and due to a technical issue beyond their control we missed some of the start however we were offered an apology by the manager and a complimentary ticket to see again on another date. This cinema is highly recommended and any issues are resolved by management to customers’ satisfaction. Good customer service is few and far between these days and refreshing to find people who do care about the customer. Thanks to all concerned.
