Smart cinema. Standard ie eye wateringly expensive prices for drinks and snacks. Screen and sound quality was excellent. However, star knocked off as we paid extra for a leather chair. Sadly, it was awful. Uncomfortable and left me with an aching back for days. Will stick to the normal fabric chairs in future.
Went to watch the film called Plane. Was great was little bit busy which was good. Food & Drink was over prices but this was a cinema. Seats was ok. Staff was polite and helpful.
Firstly Didn't ask any white people their age? As I'm brown they asked me for my age. That's racist then was told to go to the manager And then wouldn't let us watch the movie because of the age restrictions. Like we all can literally watch this illegally with under 12 Yr old. I don't see the point of it being age restrictions. Everyone seen everything. And wouldn't refund us. Just gave a emergency ticket. Not like we want it. Worst experience ever
Yesterday I went there to watch the movie " Pathaan " And it was a very good experience for me because I watched the movie in the UK for the first time.... And this is gonna be my life time memories ... Yeah it's a good experience.. I enjoyed it.
Very nice place and we were in screen 5 which had really nice big leather seats with these small swinging/revolving for your snacks, seemed like v.i.p rather than regular seats 5 but the things that didn't enjoy was there were teenagers moving seats to seats actually took someone else seats so that person had to go and seat down in front because she couldn't find any members of staff kicking backs of our seats , making noises we and other customers told them to shut up several times taking pictures with flash on but there were no staff anywhere to be found without having to go to front desk/food counter area and missing parts of the movie. Showcase really needs to have security staff making regular rounds to make sure nuisance customers are dealt with and not ruin others' experience. We have been put off going to this cinema for a long time now
Still looking good, easy to park, lots of choice all the makings of a good family event. Wide range of snacks and treats, drinks including a cheeky tipple in the director's lounge or bar area. Organised, polite and helpful staff. Toilets are clean and well maintained.
Came for a 2D Dr. strange to wait my car to get service Friendly staff, great Dolby Atmos, the screen was okay, seat was acceptable comfortable
All I can say is Amazing
Great cinema. Fantastic prices. Staff were nice and got us ready to watch the movie quickly. The movie itself looked great and the sound quality was brilliant. First time at the cinema for a long time but a good reminder of what a fantastic experience it can be
