Good place to spend your time with friends, nice music and friendly staff but we had accident with one of our bills. Somehow they include two extra drink that we didn’t order and it was like extra 10£ which is cheating basically so I recommend you to check your bill before you payService: 5/5
The place follows the industrial architecture style, but I need to say it wasn’t good. I know can be trendy and indicated in many blogs and magazines but it’s very rustic, I would say too much. Sofas in common areas as lounges were not very clean, the staff could friendlier, and the area of the swimming pool could be better arranged. Too packed, many people in that area and not great use of the space. They have a magical view of the London Skyline and I would say that’s all. Cocktails ok. I m just glad that I just visited and not became a member. Despite it wasn’t a great still better than the other units of Soho House, with the audience more diverse.
I’m a regular a few times a week Staff are pretty rude unfortunately, mainly management. They have a habit of talking to you in a very condescending manner. Otherwise it’s be a much more enjoyable space. Gym staff are very nice though
This is a Private club and not a hotel - great concept , members can use the gym, work from there no calls though in public spaces, eat at the Japanese restaurant, sashimi was world class, pork ribs was a huge portion, everything was great. Drinks later in the evening one floor below was well attended and vibey. Members can see who else in in the club through an app and can pay for all services using their members number.
Took my mum for a swim at the house yesterday when it was packed and everyone - everyone - she came across from front desk to the hosts by the pool were super lovely and spent time talking to her and took an interest in her. Authentically. I saw another member had bought his mum as well. The buzz was great. We left on a high and felt really looked after. It was a fun afternoon. Thanks SDH team Youre the best.

Receptionist blond lady is not welcoming, even rude to the guests. Visited Soho house had no problems like this. Shoreditch one needs improvement.Rooms: 3/5

Cancelled my membership after a year at Shoreditch House. Why would anybody spend £250+ a month to get treated horribly by all the staff, to never be able to find a seat at the working spaces during the week/restaurants in the evening? This place has become completely overcrowded, and the staff especially the servers act like they are doing you a favor by serving you. There are better options for members clubs in the area, where £200+ a month actually gets you a seat at a table and good service. Avoid avoid avoid.
Always a fun vibe. No suits. Nice mixture of people. Very young and diverse crowds.Rooms: 5/5
