The hotel is great, such a great location!! The staff is good! They offer an hour of happy hour. They used to serve Aperol Spritz for happy hour but then took that away- hope they bring it back. Could change the red wine as well it is just okay. The breakfast options are great. Hope that doesn’t change.Rooms: 5/5
Perfect in every way! We booked the Andaz Large Suite and we had a perfect amount of room to move around and rummage through suitcases without being on top of each other. The circular windows were really cool and made me feel like I was on a ship. There was a DJ/free drinks/desserts from 6-7p on the days we were there and we enjoyed that very much. I also really love the location. I can’t wait to stay here again!
A lovely little hotel. The rooms were great very spacious and felt fairly new. It was a nice touch to have the waters and snacks for free. It was a great location right by the tube and the market. The only issue I had was that the electricity went out in my room and it took them over an hour to get it addressed, and I had to go down and ask them two different times for assistance.
Incredible service, room and facilities. The room was sooo spacious. Great views of the city. Chocolates and Prosecco on arrival. Delicious abundant breakfast buffet at the east way brasserie. Can’t recommend enough!Rooms: 5/5
Great location and sandwiched between a plethora of food options. Also 3 mins walk to Liverpool street station that’s easily connected to other lines especially the direct Elizabeth line from the airport. The interior is quick Victorian but was clean & comfortable. The breakfast buffet was just okay too.
Visited the Andaz hotel/studio over the weekend for an event. The hotel has a chic contemporary vibe. When you step into the foyer it’s a mix of luxury and modern which I loved. I was actually pleasant surprised. The staff were young and were a very diverse team which I loveddd. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, clean and stylish. The location is an absolute bonus as it’s located right next to Liverpool Street station. I visited on a Sunday so parking was not to difficult to find. They also have a wedding/event hall with the hotel which I think is amazing. There was a wedding going on during our visit but it was distracting the music and guests were contained it was all done very well. The rooms are rather pricey though but overall experience is a good one.
Andaz is more than a simple hotel, it is an experience! From luxurious rooms to complementary drinks to delicious breakfast, it has everything you could want for a hotel stay! Every member of staff we met were absolutely delightful and treated us like royalty. The room we had was absolutely huge, a massive comfy bed, a huge bath and lovely views of central London. The buffet breakfast was to die for! Lots of hot food choices pancakes, waffles, French toast etc, fruit, cereal ingredients, cheese, charcuterie, literally anything you could want!! We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back! Especially if they keep doing the complementary drinks every day from 6-7pm!
We had an incredible experience here. Great location next to Liverpool Station. We stayed just a night but our host, Margot, went out of her way to make our stay so special. We stayed in a king room and found the room to be spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning at Eastway was absolutely delightful.
My family and I had an incredible stay at Andaz Hotel by Hyatt in London. We stayed a little over 7 weeks. The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. They even turned on the sauna late at night just for me, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hotel boasts fantastic amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing sauna. There is plenty of space for working or studying, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. The location couldn't be better—very convenient and within walking distance of many major tourist attractions. Overall, Andaz Hotel by Hyatt provided an exceptional experience. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and top-notch service in London. would go back!
A fantastic find, ideal for access to Liverpool Street Staition. Rooms are modern with complimentary water and snacks. The breakfast was as good if not better than anywhere we have stayed. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend. Nearby activities: The area is under going redevelopment but the railway station pub does nice food with an outside area. Walkability: Close to Liverpool Street Station
