Our stay at Nobu has been excellent. The staff have all been super welcoming and helpful. The rooms are very cozy and the heated floors in the bathroom got me thinking of remodeling when I get home. The hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in an otherwise pretty busy area. Would definitely stay here again.Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely fantastic hotel. I stayed here three months ago, returned, and plan to visit more often! I even signed up for the membership because it's just that incredible. The hotel's service, cleanliness, and atmosphere are outstanding. Today, I tried the spa and had an oxygen facial by Renee, who was phenomenal. Additionally, I received a lovely welcome message and dessert upon my return. What an amazing hotel—I can't wait to come back!
An amazing experience it was staying at Nobu. Rooms were spectacular. Absolutely beautiful. The food/drinks was made perfectly. The staff were very lovely and welcoming. Very great service I must say. Dafy the receptionist was outstanding, her service was spectacular made our stay very nice, helped us with any inquires we had. Another staff member too had a great impact on our stay a lady concierge couldn’t catch her name but she was lovely and kept us updated with the events. Overall everything was great would highly recommend.
Beautiful hotel with rich Japanese influence on the entire building and rooms. The bed was comfortable and pillows soft and abundant. The bathroom toiletries were top of the line soaps, lotions and hair care. Towels were think and soft. In some ways the Japanese aesthetic also made the room a challenge as things are hidden inside cabinets, behind sliding panels and closets. The kettle to make tea or coffee was in a low drawer which I had to set up daily after the room was cleaned. The drawers for clothing was in a closet that required me to hold two doors open to access the drawers. My room had a small round table as the only work surface. The table was fine for eating but not so much for a laptop. The staff are very service oriented and really top line. They helped me through my stay. Overall I would stay there again for the people and service. The room issues are not dealt with breakers but provided the only thing to complain about. Rooms: Comfortable but not so great for working. WiFi is fine just no real working surface. At least nothing that won’t give you a back ache. Nearby activities: The neighborhood is eclectic and has dozens of walks, restaurants, games, activities and shopping writhing walking distance. Walkability: There is so much in walking distance including the Tube and trains I cannot list. Food & drinks: Hotel food is perfection in Japanese cuisine. Peruvian venue across the street. Great Italian espresso drinks and pastries at the Small Square Cafe next to the hotel.
Nobu Hotel Shoreditch is truly a fantastic hotel! The rooms were luxurious, beautifully designed, and offered every comfort imaginable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Dafy and Sid, in particular, were extremely accommodating and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with a warm smile. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was chic yet welcoming, and every detail was thoughtfully curated. An all-around amazing experience that made my stay feel special I can’t wait to come back!
I was calling to inquire about the rooms and even though I haven’t stayed, I feel like I have to stay considering how nice the front desk Madame speaking was Daffy/Daphy I believe?. Loved it so much ended up extending it. All of the front desk staff is truly amazing mostly spoke to Daffy and Angela. The breakfast buffet has a small but very high quality selection. I was very pleased with it. Rooms are great — very nice daily housekeeping, and all new and modern furnishings. Bed super comfortable — including the sofa bed which isn’t the case As far as location there are plenty of things to do around the area, but we found ourselves taking an Uber to city center.
I stayed at the hotel and everything went very well. Aimen was extremely kind and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. The lady, the spa manager, was also very nice and welcoming. Overall, a great experience!Rooms: 5/5
Absolutely amazed with the coffee Roberto made for me this week! It was hands down the best cup I've had in a long time. His friendly service made the experience even better, i will surely be back soon.

From the moment we arrived, Lino greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. His professionalism and attention to detail were remarkable. He took the time to ensure all our needs were met, offering insightful recommendations for dining and local attractions that enhanced our visit. Throughout our stay, Lino consistently went above and beyond from addressing our questions to facilitating any requests, he handled everything with grace and efficiency. His genuine care for guests truly stood out, making us feel valued and appreciated. The combination of Nobu's luxury and exceptional hospitality made our stay unforgettable. We wholeheartedly recommend Nobu Hotel Shoreditch, not only for its stunning accommodation and superb dining options but also for the remarkable service provided by Lino and his team. We look forward to returning soon!
This hotel has become one of my favorite hotels! Not only is it clean and beautiful, but the service far exceeded my expectations. Nina and Christopher made me feel at home with their willingness to give me the best recommendations and not mention how sweet and patient they were with the 1,001 questions I had daily. I hope to come back soon and hope to see Nina and Christopher on my next trip!
