Shilling Brewing Company
"Whether this is your first step on the road to discovering beer, or you're already familiar with the path, we invite you in to enjoy and experience our beers from the source. At the forefront is our very own core range of beers; designed to be enjoyed fresh, just metres from where they're brewed..On the taps and in the fridges is everything from the old guard to the new wave; you'll find them all here in our welcoming space to sip, savour and discover. Our pizzas are made from scratch so once they are topped, they’re cooked in our cupola pizza oven. The result is a light, thin pizza base that holds it’s structural integrity, making it perfect for slicing up and getting stuck right into."

Nice bar in a central location in Glasgow town centre. Really liked the interior, retaining a number of features from the old bank that used to be at this location. Limited menu, but this works in your favour as it keeps it simple. There is no table service, so order at the bar. Servers were knowledgeable and happy to offer assistance on the vast amount of drinks on offer. Pizza and beer are always a winning combination. Opted for a spicy pineapple vegetarian pizza, although this can be tailored to be vegan. The other choice was one with black pudding. Liked the char on the underside, simply delicious.
Wonderful selection of beers and very well made pizza! The dough is perfect and the garlic bread is a real delight. The interior is also very spacious for a relaxed time with friends.Food: 5/5
Came here recently for a few drinks whilst in Glasgow. I was impressed by the sheer variety of drinks on tap. Some nice flavours and the atmosphere was lovely. Ordered 6-7 pizzas for our large group and they were all deliscious and got devoured pronto. Will come back again for sure.Food: 5/5
Nice interior and a very good selection of craft beer. Cosy atmosphere but not to busy inside. You can also order a good pizza. Friendly staff.Service: 5/5
Flat beer. Was ok pint at first. However, the pint got very flat pretty quickly, which was pretty disappointing. The price for a pint was six pounds, which for a flat life less beer didn't seem value for money. This place could be so much better if they put more care into pouring the beer and the glassware being up to standard.
Good brewery in the heart of Glasgow! For people who desire to savour the art of craft beer AND people who just want to have fun! Good decoration and atmosphere! Loads of good beer selection! plus you get to try beers before buying them SHOUT OUT to Craig! He is AMAZING!!Food: 5/5
Would heartily recommend this bar - cool aesthetics being in an old bank, a wide range of drinks of weird & wonderful flavours and the pizza was divine. Try the Irn Bru chilli! Had sports on a big screen but tables in a separate area which was quieter, so covers all bases.Food: 5/5
The pizza and beer were really good. The price was very affordable, students have 50% off pizza from sun to thurs whole day. I like that you can choose to buy 1/3 pint of beer so i could try different types of beer. There was a wide variety of beer. The atmosphere of the place was really nice.Food: 5/5
I just stumbled upon this place wandering around Glasgow. Great spot; great atmosphere. The bartenders were super knowledgeable about the beers and always willing to offer samples to try. Limited food menu, but the pizza was GREAT! Had that not been my last day in Glasgow, I would have definitely returned again. Hope to be back sometime at this great spot - especially for a solo traveler.
Great place, excellent beer and pizza and friendly staff, possibly the best lager I’ve ever had along with all their own beers. Just don’t even bother with the other 20 odd guest beersFood: 5/5
