Don’t be fooled by the narrow entrance, this bar is enormous. Lots of tvs and tables for sports fans and reasonably priced pints. If you are an Arsenal FC fan then this is your spiritual home in the north. NB Cash preferred Update: star removed due to condition of toilets. Need a deep clean or refurb. Not the best
My Family and I had the best time here on our recent trip to Glasgow. The bartender kindly let us put on an American football game. Drinks were delicious, and karaoke was extremely entertaining! I hope to make it back one day!Service: 5/5
Great pub, one of the few places open for a pint at 8am every day except Sunday. Got Sky Sports on the TV to watch football etc. Don't understand the negative reviews, it's an asset to Glasgow and should be supported and cherished.
Well said To me To u An Back I think I know whom your talking about on this revue yes he comes across a very arrogant person totally out of his depth personally your comment is correct on a few final points I think he has severe issues and does need professional help in reality he shouldn't even be employed there no doubt I have every faith he will mess up also regarding the woman you quoted in this revue i have heard she has been sacked from alfredos causes problems with customers no doubt this will happen to the other person described in this revue
I came in for Breakfast on Sunday 19th May. The welcome was warm and the breakfast was cooked to perfection. So I thought I would come back again today Tues 21st May for the same thing. The gentleman didn't look too chuffed in having to make a breakfast. And it was clearly rushed. The fried egg was barely cooked and the potato scone looked and tasted like it had been warmed in a microwave. Based on the first experience, I would return, and I did. But sadly based on the second experience, I won't be coming back. Shame really as it seems a cracking place with a good atmosphere.
Friendly people and a good place to watch fitba on the weekend. Drinks are relatively cheaper than other places.Food: 5/5
Well, what can i say...welcome to Gary's world, 'personality of a toilet brush' 'bar skills of a cabbage'. Used to drink in here on Saturday afternoons on my visits to Glasgow. Mainly for horse racing and football. Haven't been back in 2 year because of the manner of this guy and the old blonde barmaid who seems to cover up for him. When will the management realize this guy actually costs them punters. there is a lot more to say but i wont waste my time
I always pop in here when I have a bit of time. Staff always friendly as are the patrons. My favourite killing time bar in the top of the city.Service: 5/5
Brilliant breakfast, lovely service, proper Scottish banter and any sport on sky you request. Loved it! Thank you. Try the roll n Lorne sausage n haggis, yum!
Love going in here with my uncle when he home from Australia he loves it it's his local when he comes homeFood: 5/5
