I organised a surprise birthday here for my partner and could not have been happier with the quality of food or service. The array of dishes the chef prepared for our banquet was amazing and of such incredible taste, it was like we had been transported back to Japan itself. Not only was the quality fantastic, but the quantity such that no-one left hungry. The restaurant was very accommodating, ensuring those with dietary needs were catered for whilst upholding the high standards. All staff were very professional and well presented. A hidden Norwich gem.

Good food and atmosphere. Little icy with the service, the younger waitress is the best though. Bit expensive but a good treat.

food was ok but the owner behave toward us was Very rude and unacceptable. will not recommended and will never return. There are other Japanese restaurants in Norwich. good luck with this kind of behave.

First impressions were no good, customer service is few and far between. We had to wait 10 minutes after being seated just to get a menu. Food did come promptly and was really delicious, the bento box option is a great idea if you’ve never tried this kind of food before. I especially like the tempura and the spicy prawns- some of the best ever! Throughout the meal we were not asked if it was okay and I was so desperate for another drink but there were no staff around to ask or even anywhere to go up to. This spoiled he experience for me. At the end of the meal out boxes were not cleaned away and we were not asked if we would like anything else- I would have like to have tried the plum wine! Such a shame amazing food is let down by poor customer service and what seemed like a lack of waiting staff.

One of the most interesting and enjoyable taste experiences that I have ever had. The staff were friendly and polite the food was fresh and beautifully cooked. I cannot heap enough praise on what was a very enjoyable evening.
