First time in Cosmo- friends highly recommended. Not disappointed- vast choice including burgers and roasts! The food was fresh and the grill was open on a week night. Comparing to other buffets in UK, so far the best one.
Yesterday I visited with friends to celebrate birthday. It's entrance itself stunning. It has wide range of Veg and Non-Veg Buffet option available. Though I'm pure vegetarian i looked only for Veg . Sitting are was well Hygiene maintained and Staff is also supportive. Even for desset there was good options available. Specially I liked Blueberry Cheesecake . Overall its great experience in. Vegetarian options: Noodles Veg Samosa Bombay Aloo Chickpea Blueberry Cheesecake Hot Chocolate Vanilla and Strawberry Ice-cream Cone Ice-cream Naan Onion rings Spring role Chutneys Etc etc...
Cosmo is located at 25 London St, Norwich NR2 1JE close to City Centre. Wide variety of food and drinks to taste for a buffet at value for money around £20 per adult. Laugh and smile can be seen among tables. The atmosphere is good. Highly recommended.
The food was delicious and cannot knock the choice all throughout the day! The service was great and they also have robot helpers which are super cute and fun. Only thing that let's it down is how busy and noisy it is when it's a bit fuller and with the tables so close together you're often bustled around a bit
went for my 50th birthday and was treated by them to a free dinner. totally enjoyed it, lots of choice and the food was lovely. the staff were so friendly and made the evening perfect
Been several times over the last few years. The cocktails are better value to buy than the usual spirits but of course the choice from the buffet was never ending. I recomend the freshly cooked teriaki king prawns. Althogh more expensive in the evening, there is a better choice of deserts and the addition of a chocolate fountain. Plus the theatre of the freshly cooked hotplate, where a skilled chef will cook to order.
Brilliant, had an amazing time on my birthday. Was surprised that my meal was free, due to being my birthday. Food was great and staff were really friendly. Will be going again and recommend it to others... To be honest is en par with JCR Global Buffet Ilford London if not better
Just tried it for the very first time with my fella. The decor looked inviting & unique, but also calm & warm so it wasn't a too over-exciting atmosphere. The service overall from the staff was fantastic; welcoming, polite & thorough. However, the food itself was a bit of a let down. Variety of the different foods seemed slightly less like a buffet & more like a standard chain restaurant. I had stir-fry mushrooms, lamb on the bone, onion rings and some noodles with some vegetables; there weren't many other options I would have considered. The onion rings were too soft for my taste & lacked a bit of flavour I would normally expect from a restaurant, and after a few bites I couldn't stick to eating any more of it. Nothing wrong with the lamb; just a bit too spicy for my tastebuds personally. The noodles & mushrooms however were lovely. With regards to dessert, not as many options as I would have hoped for once again as a buffet but there was also some fruits that were quite lovely. I tried 4 of the different desserts with some peaches. Safe to say that now I like peaches so I will definitely be adding peaches to my likeable foods list, but the 2 mousses chocolate & strawberry, tirasimu & chocolate cake were a bit of a let down; either too strong, texture was a bit off or a bit bland for me. Therefore, I rate 4 out of 5 for my first time.
Love love love it. Highly recommended but book as it's so busy, some people walking off the street were told and hour and a half wait! But then again it would be worth the wait. Lovely staff, great food and you just keep going until you can't eat anymore. Massive selection of food too. Ideal for all ages, we were a table of 10 ranging from 10 months old to 80 years old!
Great selection of food, as you might expect, but also plenty for vegetarians which was a nice surprise - everything was labelled well too. All dishes served at a good temperature, nice and fresh. The desserts were also very good. My favourite item were the mini hash browns which were served almost salt and pepper style - so delicious!
