I felt in love Indian foods in London. My mom, son, and I are from U.S. and had never tasted better Indian foods before. The portions were generous, and the presentation was great. All items that we ordered were awesome, and we finished them all. The hospitality was welcoming and the service was great. The price was even better that I spent only $58 for 4 orders. If I ordered the same menu items in US, it would be more than $120 plus 18% tips. I strongly recommend this place and definitely come back when I visit London soon.
Quite a nice Indian restaurant around brick lane area. The sizzling meat grill is always a great one to try and has lots of flavours in them. The curry was flavourful. Really salute the restaurant for having a full blast air con turned on during summer period. Really cooling when having Indian food in a hot summer lunch time in London.
Booked a table at Sheba came with my family loved the atmosphere there. The waiters were very attentive and helpful loved the food full of flavour and cooked to perfection. The Bengal Lamb Shank was cooked to perfection very soft and tender it literally peeled off the bone. I would recommend this place to everyone definitely returning back Thanks Sheba
The pictures don't do justice, the food was very authentic, what a lovely gem in brick lane! We came here with a sleeping baby in the pram, and instantly space was made for us! The speed of the food was good, the service was friendly, and the taste was great! We got lamb bhuna and chicken xacuti - with a few starters and we didn't regret our choice! I would definately come back! It's been the best Indian we've had in 4 years in London!
The food is so good. It really deserves it's great reviews. The place is small but so busy. The staff are so nice as well. You really need do to reserve a table as there were queues of people waiting to get inFood: 5/5
Excellent tasting Indian food. Lahori Gosht lamb had hot savory sauce with penetrating chili flavors. Chicken Xacuti is Goa style creamy curry sauce with coconut milk. Sheba has pretty broad menu. Only knock is restaurant is loud. We dined on Saturday night and it was packed. If you are a connoisseur of Indian food, definitely try this gem.
Lunch At Sheba, Brick Lane. For starters we ordered the lamb sheekh kebab & lamb samosas. Both were accompanied with lettuce & lemon. For mains we ordered a chicken korma, a chicken madras, pilau rice, boiled rice & a naan bread. 2 diet cokes ordered as well. The food was good, however service was slow & our servers didn't smile!Food: 4/5
Had a lovely meal at Sheba Indian earlier today. I ordered the Chicken Shashlik which arrived sizzling. Quite different from others I have had in the past but thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of seating on 2 levels. Great choice of dishes. I can happily recommend eating here. Visited today on Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was very busy.
Delicious food with awesome ambience, We enjoyed a lot's one of best memories in this amazing restaurant. The food was superb. Best was Bengal Lamb Shank. Very tastyPersonally recommended must try and feel it..Food: 5/5
EDIT: if you sort the reviews from most recent first, it’s very clear a lot of them are fake, so keep that in mind. Tasty but incredibly busy & noisy BYOB Indian. Be willing to eat at 9/9:30 so you won’t get rushed to finish your meal that way. Came here on a Friday evening, booked a table at 8:30. It was very very busy and we were told that we wouldn’t get seated until at least 9pm. It’s very difficult to find a bar or pub in the meantime that’ll let you in with the beers you’ve bought for the BYOB!! We sat down at around 9:15. The restaurant was very noisy - particularly from large groups of drunk lads, which was quite jarring. The service was efficient and the food was absolutely delicious. Great selection. The Naga lamb which was perfectly tender and very spicy, chicken shashlick which was the juiciest I’ve ever had!, and their mango chutney were standouts. We didn’t feel rushed to leave because we were eating so late, so I recommend coming as late as possible for a more chill experience!
