I was there for dinner with a friend and booked a table ahead of time. The hospitality is quite exemplary and we had people check on us every 10-15 mins if everything was OK. It was surprisingly not annoying as it felt like they really cared which is very admirable. The atmosphere was OK, with Bollywood songs playing in the background. Food was good, nothing really stood out compared to other Brick Lane restaurants besides the service. It would be great to know what their staple/signature must-try dishes are either from the menu or from the advertising/marketing material. I left Muhib a bit disappointed simply because I wish they were more informative about what their best dishes are, and what they want to be known for.
Brick lane has so many options and we were so happy to land here. Amazing staff, incredible atmosphere and very patient with asking questions about the menu and recommendations. Samosas with lamb and veggies were delicious. Papadam sampler was full of different flavors. For people who cant tolerate spicy food - i recommend the tikka masala or tandoori plates. Not spicy whatsoever. If in doubt, ask your server! Highly recommend.
There's a range of curry houses to choose from on Brick Lane. I would highly recommend Muhibs because of their outstanding customer service and the high quality food they serve. I would highly recommend the prawn puri, lamb chops and chicken jalfrezi. They also provide poppadoms while you wait for your starters.
Great foods, great atmosphere, we called chicken tikka masalah, number of stater n main meals, n deserts, we love it all. Recommended.Food: 5/5
Easy to fall into a tourist trap on Brick Lane. Very happy with our experience of this place. Friendly staff, Great quality food, very reasonable prices by London standards. Would definitely eat here again. Special mention to their guy out front on the street for not being pushy or in your face as you walk past. Polite and professional. It's what made us choose your restaurant over the others, so keep up the good work.
My brother-in-law insisted I “get a curry on Brick Lane” while visiting London, so I made time to wander over. I didn’t know where I would eat, figuring I’d find something that caught my eye and had good reviews. So, I just started when a man caught my attention and suggested I check out his menu. Reluctantly, I agreed and liked what I read so I entered. The decor presents an upscale feel and the staff were all dressed well. I ordered beef samosa, chicken tikka curry, then the Ferrero Rochet dessert. The samosa were some of the best I recall eating, and while the menu listed the chicken as “medium spice”, my initial thought was it was a little too conservative, but it built as I dove into everything and absolutely loved it. While the dessert wasn’t anything notable, it was exactly what I wanted and would highly recommend this gem to others.
Beautiful! Lovely welcome, great people. Just what we really fancied. Perfect food, friendly and speedy service. The food was great, I couldn’t eat all of it in the end, but knew my favourites and just still had to have. I initially felt sorry for the restaurant as it was so empty. However, we were quite early. BUT by the time we left with the place it was full! Well deserved. As we were handed the bill we were also offered a free drink as a thank you - we all had a baileys before leaving! Will definitely visit again!!
Not an expert of Indian cousins but I remained very satisfied. Wide offer, kind staff and good price. Food ordered tasted good and not so spicy as I requested! Location is pretty small but ok. Overall positive feedback.
This was great we just really picked it random with the waiter selling to us really hard but he actually delivered on his promise. The three of us had apps, entrees with nan and rice + 2 beers each for 68 pounds you can’t beat that in London.. Food was very tasty I ll be back for sure!Food: 5/5
Great authentic Bangladeshi food, you can request the dish however you like, I chose to add naga in my king prawn jalfrazi and it tasted amazing, my husbands asked for a spicy lamb karahi and they made it exactly how we asked. One of the best curry houses in Bricklane! Attentive staff and a lovely service.Food: 5/5
