The food was delicious and we were served quickly. We paid around 30£ for 2 people and even got a small salad for free. Would recommend this authentic Indian restaurant.Food: 5/5

Excessive use of oil dominated every dish, obscuring any potential for nuanced flavors. The pervasive odor in the dining area indicated a lapse in basic hygiene standards. I hesitate to recommend it to discerning diners seeking an exceptional gastronomic experience.
Went with 3 friends, we get together regularly for a curry evening and Meraz came up trumps. We had an excellent meal. The staff were friendly and informative. The food was delicious and was prepared in the viewable kitchen which really added to the atmosphere. My only very very slight criticism is that the batter for the pakora was not as crispy as it might have been. But everything else was top notch and tasty as anything. And the price is very reasonable. Much better than the curry houses on Brick Lane and only a few meters away from there.
I’ve eaten here for many years and am always delighted by the food: truly delicious! Still haven’t tried the Sunday special Original Korma but it’s on my list for next time. Sami is a great host, I always enjoy our conversations when I go in. Highly recommend this restaurant! Vegetarian options: Vegetarian and Vegan options
Had lunch with a group of friends, fantastic find just off Brick Lane. A warm welcome with a varied menu and plenty of choices for vegetarians too! The food arrived quickly as ordered and was absolutely delicious with an authentic flavour. Definitely one to visit if you are in the area and definitely a restaurant I will be returning to. Thank you!

Was looking for a good Indian restaurant near brick lane and came across this restaurant. Very welcoming and decent decor. You can see the kitchen straight from your table. The atmosphere was great. They had this very old Indian music video playing. Perhaps they can turn volume down a bit as I felt it was way too loud. Order was taken swiftly. Food came within 20mins. The starters came on a sizzler. It was nice and fresh. Smelt good too. However the taste was not there. It lack spices. The mains came after the starters. The rice was bit hard. Probably it was microwaved. The chicken curry was OK but felt that it was bit oily. The bannir potatoes were very delicious. Highly recommend that. Price wise, it is a very decent restaurant. The best thing there was the kebab wrap in puri. Dietary restrictions: Halal
Absolutely delicious food. Underated! Best Asian/Bangladeshi restaurant in bricklane must try! Suggest you try cabbage lamb bhuna taste just like homemade Most popular take out double kebab wrap.
I've been there three or four times with my colleagues, its one of my fav Friday lunch spots. They always serve the best biryanis, which are served both hot and flavourful. Also, it's a wonderfully clean place with the friendliest staff.Food: 5/5
