I have hired vehicles from Senior Vehicle Rental many times.  The vehicles are always immaculate and well maintained, it is a pleasure to drive them.  The service from the staff is always professional, they are at the end of the phone if there are any queries.  I have recommended Senior Vehicle Rental to friends and family who have been grateful for the recommendation and make the same comments about the vehicles and staff. The booking procedure was very clearly explained and choice of vehicles were available to see. The vehicle was clean and readily available on the day and the company provided a smooth service from start to finish.

Hired again to move furniture, fast efficient service and excellent vehicle. Definitely would recommend again :)

Great place. Efficient service. Still find it odd that they need my national insurance number, as renting with other major retailers, I didn't need to provide that. No issue though, great guys there. ☺️

First time I have used Senior. Vehicle was available from 0800 was full of fuel when I arrived. Friendly staff were really helpful and they had new vehicles. Rushed back and didn't have time to fill the car but they kindly did this for me and took this off my deposit which was quick and easy. Defiantly recommend will be using them again soon. Quick, easy and reliable.  Thank you! =]

If I could leave zero stars I would do so. This company couldn't provide the vehicle which I booked online this afternoon, so they upgraded it and casually invoiced me for £98 instead of £91.99 because the vehicle is "more expensive". I challenged them and their attitude was basically 'oh well that's what we do'. Absolutely disgusting service and the lady I spoke to simply couldn't care less. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: I note the company's response below. To be absolutely clear, the vehicle I booked was available online, I accepted the price and submitted my card details to pay for it as advertised. The reason I got so damned cross was that not only did they invoice me for a more expensive vehicle, they helped themselves to the money from my bank account without asking me first. Had they done so, I would have agreed to it. The money was returned to my bank account as requested and the booking cancelled.
