Pleasant, efficient staff who are polite. The price of hiring is not as cheap though given the extras required to keep cost down.

On your web site you advertise you are open at 8am.
This is incorect once again had to waite till 9.05.
Arived at 8 .10 am a man in a car got out and said he stuck in traffic.
40 mins later the manager arived .
I am very disapointed and was delayed .
No exscusses. 
Stop advertising your open at 8 am

on the 18th of march 2016 i hired a car from you and a deposit of 200 pounds was held as security and a charge for 137 pounds for the car. i have been debited by my bank 337pound and the security hasnt been credited to my account. why am i being charged full including the security??
