Great experience. Booked online a few days before I needed the car, when I went to collect it the process was very easy. Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to be given a newer and better car than I expected. The emails I received prior to collection date were clear and everything was explained to me when I went to collect the car. Return was very easy too. I was treated with courtesy and transparency which is the sign   of good customer care. I wouldn't hesitate to use Europcar again.

Hired a car for work. It was easy to book it online and the system worked well. A large option of cars available. The hire car was clean inside and out. The branch manager in Wolverhampton where I hired the car from was friendly and walked me through the process and details needed. He called the day before to confirm collection and time. A professional service from start to finish. Definitely will use the service and branch again.

The customer service member, a lovely lady named Mannysp? made our experience easy and reassuring.   Manny is a true asset to Europcar; extremely friendly, kind, patient and willing to help by explaining things we didn't quite understand.   She was happy, personable, knowledgeable,  and respectful,  and I hope very much to deal with her when I hire a vehicle from Europcar in future.

Booking a rental at Europcar Willenhall road is so simple. The Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Just want to give a big shout out to Chris who's always provided me with excellent customer service.

What a absolute pleasure to hire at this branch of Europe car Emily at front desk went out of the way when she gave me a sports car with bucket seats which she helped me change as my mother is disabled and was hard for her to get in or out of the passenger seat Vehicle was changed at no extra cost but i had to travel to Stoke on Trent to change but to be honest i wasn't happy with that vehicle either as the stoke branch gave me a mercedes which literally was a bag of nails but no fault to any of the staff at Wolverhampton. Love you guys Will definitely recommend this branch to hire from and will definitely be back to hire again.

Europcar hire have provided me with a courtesy car as I’ve had an accident.  Called numerous amount of times as the courtesy they have provided me is not suitable as it’s way to big for me and I do not feel comfortable driving it, and it is not a like for like, staff keep saying they will deal with it and sort this out, nobody has got back to me. I’ve called three days in a row nobody has returned my call.  Avoid at all costs if you ask me, staff lie and give you false hope, I can’t even get around because the car they have provided me isn’t suitable.

After filling my profile in the app with my EU licence without issues done a reservation as my own car broken down, so needed a transport to work and back for few weeks. Done the online reservation, payd online in advance, came to the place to pick up the car, ghey asked about my licence and then refused to rent me a car cos my licence is EU licence and not UK, they cancelled my booking on place and issued a full refund. But still had to tok a taxi to get there and then had to bok another one to get home. Would never ever use the services of Europcar!!!

Amazing experience yet again. Thank you for going the extra mile and accommodating my unsaid requests. I am so grateful for all your help, would highly recommend and would use again. Thanks for the amazing customer service.

Avoid this branch at all costs. Numerous of issues I've had with this branch being one of them they never answer the phones at all. Claim there busy but I've actually drove there whilst being on the phone to them yet no customers inside was all having a laugh together. Got told cars going to be delivered within an hour to an hour a half max yet still waiting almost 4 hours. Tried to get in contact with the branch with no success. This is normal behaviour from this branch. Like 8/10 I've had bad experiences with this specific branch. Halesowen branch answered in 12 seconds.

I initially booked through a 3rd party onlinethink I'll be going direct in the future I DID read the car voucher that came in by email please make sure you read the small print which worried me because of the deposit etc but on the day when I got to Europcar a lovely lady called Manne assisted me and made the process so smooth and simple, she explained everything and helped to make sure I had the right cover for what I was renting for and she was able to do the deposit for less than what I had read. All my questions answered and I left feeling confident about my weekend rental. The car was perfect I booked for a Nissan Qashqai or similar, I got a Vauxhall Grandland X which was amazing space wise, the boot was massive and just right for us, there was great space inside too and drove smoothly! Returning the car was straightforward and easy and I was most impressed that I got my deposit back in my account the next day, no messing.
