Excellent service this morning. Dropped my car in for a mot and had a phone call shortly after to say the car passed with no issues.

Poor service with this garage recently. I booked in for a MOT and after my vehicle failed the garage did not provide any quotation for the work that was needed to be carried out. The lady said she would need to phone around and let me know, disappointed that the garage didn't think to do this before calling me to say it had failed. She then went onto say they couldn't call around today as it was Saturday. I took the vehicle straight the Kwikfit in Brownhills who were extremely helpful gave me a quotation for the work to be carried out and got me booked in on Monday, even advised me that I did not require two new tyres soon and that it was likely to be a balancing issue rather than tread.

Very happy customer. I took my ford fiesta to Golds Auto Centre as it had previously failed its MOT. The service was excellent from start to finish with my car being repaired and retested on the same day. Will definitely use them again.

Great experience. I don't like my car off the road so was extremely pleased when it was returned ahead of the originally estimated time. Thanks very much everyone.
