Extremely helpful and the lady at the service reception even offered me a lift down the road when my car's brakes failed. Gave me piece of mind by showing me exactly what had happened and what needed replacing. Would recommend.

Called me 50 mins before I was supposed to pick up my rental van to say it's -3c and the van has seized due to being frozen overnight. Absolute joke of a company with clueless staff

Absolutely first class service. Took my motorhome for an MOT so waited in reception while it was done. Jan in reception was fantastic. She was extremely helpful and friendly and even made me a coffee while I waited. I would highly recommend this very friendly and professional garage to anyone!!!

Brilliant service from Sarah this morning when we had to make some last minute changes- so helpful

Always a good price and service . My only criticism is when you deal with the customer service they talk to you as though you know the process of hiring a vehicle . It was not explained to me that I would have to leave a deposit for 10days until the lady asked me to put my card in the machine .

Outstanding experience at Golds Brownhills. Sarah work extra hard to find a vehicle for me at very short notice, when I got to the Job the van wasn't large enough I explained this and without any fuss the vehicle was exchanged and the job complete. Excellent no nonsense service from some very kind people Thanks Golds Brownhills.

I had never used these previously but booked MOT for my Mazda MX5 which to be honest had been standing for best part of 2 years in the garage due to lock down , even though it had been maintained I was still a little apprehensive it would fail , but glad to report after a thorough MOT by Golds it passed , there were some advisories which were really helpful but overall really pleased with the service I received Would highly recommend,  great service , thanks

Don't bother with Halfords!! Get yourself booked in here. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, what's not to like.

Cant praise them enough! Excellent customer service today,went out of their way to help me out when i had a problem with my car on way to work today. Already fully booked and extremely busy they sourced a part and repaired my car the same day. I was impressed with the Social distancing/ cleaning processes in place as well. Big Thank you to the receptionist, sorry didn't catch her name but she was extremely helpful and friendly. Will definitely use them again and recommend to others
