Arrived early but van was readied quickly to minimize my wait. Staff talked me through controls and condition of van on pickup. All went very smoothly both pickup and return

Staff where very friendly at the Walsall branch and really went that extra mile to see if everything was to a high standard! Good communication through out! When I need to high my next vehicle I'll go no where else but here!
