I would stay well clear of Eurocars because after 2 hour trying to get in touch with them I gave up and when in and saw the shop was entry with no customers. I spoke to the manger and just came up with excuse why cannot gave a car to me. I have explain that I have person who it ios disabled Vulnerable person and the career who live with me who got emergency card care and all the manger was interested in the protocol and did not care that I in need in car. The car park was full of cars so the manger could allowed me to have hire car. I would gave zero if I could. If the company could not get worse I been told I would have to wait upto 10 week to swap the car.
I had a car for a week wanted to extend the car for another week Chris at the customer service was trying to add extra £180 on top I told him I spoke to someone on phone there giving me better price he started being very defensive and said no you cant do over phone I rang the customer services again they said they can do it but someone is on your profile so we can't get on to it to extend it so I went back to the branch and he was sat there looking at my profile just so they can't extend it for me. So I told him to come off and he started being rude. Very bad customer service from him rest of staff are amazing never had a problem I feel like he was being personal and just wanted to prove himself. I use to go to sixt where I will be going again Chris made Europe car lose a loyal customer
Worst company I have dealt with.. they clearly have had new staff members because non of them seem to know what they're doing! The phone lines don't get picked up! I am waiting to speak to someone for a good 30-60mins. They firstly failed to input the address they were supposed to collect the vehicle from. My mum was in the house from 8:30am until 5:15pm. They were supposed to collect in-between 9am & 5pm. NO ONE SHOWED UP. If we missed an appointment, they would charge me £100!! So I would like to charge this company £100 for wasting my mums time. I got transferred like a frickin parcel 4-5 times! A man put the phone down on me. A lady seemed un-bothered and another had no clue and was giving me false information. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Absolutely amazing so far!! Had a car accident Monday and was being told I would most likely have to wait a week plus for a courtesy car. I needed a car to get around and docs etc. they said they would try a hire place but warned me it would still be a week. I’m so glad I decided to go ahead either yeah. Less than 24 hours from thst phone call I had a car outside my house. They’ve been amazing. I had no problems getting through to them on phone. I spoke to Emily and she was delightful. Answered every question I had. She was amazing. Even the man who delivered the car was the same. Very kind and professional. Just amazing
If I could give no stars I would !!. I booked a car hire from here as my car had broken down- I’m a district nurse so car is vital for work. Car booked through - Argus hire on line - paid upfront for five days car hire. Driving licence number etc all taken. Firstly europcar had agreed a car for 12 noon, they rang me & said it won’t be available until 3pm. I arrive at 3pm - man takes all my ID etc, then tells me they are unable to give me the car as my Driving licence card had not been updated to my new address- recent house move .. very disappointed but he said it’s their new policy - had other ID with me but apparently not acceptable. Im then left stranded in the pouring rain - no car. To put the cherry on the top - I find out they have taken the full £140 from my bank account !!! I liaise with Angus car hire - on line they inform me that I am unable to get my money back - so daylight robbery! Am in process of taking this matter further AVOID AVOID both Europcar/wton & their on line broker- ARGUS car hire. They literally take the money from your account & give you nothing for it !!!
The car are so dirty and disgusting smells horrible didn’t even taken the car from them as was nearly vomiting from smell and the dogs hair was absolutely everywhere!! And thats what they called cleaned car? When you hand them the car little bit of dirt they moaning and than charge you for everything!! Dirty cars !!!!! The seats was burned from cigarettes and after they try to blame you why? They should clean the vehicles properly thats what they get paid for not just what they do now!!!
Great car, great service. The experience was very positive thanks to a very professional team. Much better service than the online broker.
Don't bother them , they are a waste of time. I booked the car well in advance only to be outbid by a higher bidder just few days prior to pick up.
Friendly staff, Good customer care and very efficient. Hiring and returning a car is hustle free.
