Sinead was my contact and made it really easy for me to book a vehicle for a difficult move to relocate my wheel-chair bound elderly mother, at a very stressful time. Your communication was spot on and prompt, clear and friendly. You deserve a promotion! The costs are really competitive compared to a private ambulance and removals company. We were able to do the move in one day, in a single medium sized van, driving ourselves, and it went really smoothly. I even gave the name of the company to the care home so they could let other family members know there is a safe and affordable way to move an elderly person in such situations.
Sinead recently helped us with an urgent matter in which we needed a specially modified car for one of our customers. she listened to our needs and really understood our urgency and delivered on what she said she was going to do. she kept us informed at all times, made us aware of what we needed to do and was just amazing from start to finish. absolutely superb and a credit to your company.

If you're in need of a disabled assisted/modified vehicle, then look no further than S.V.R. Their stock of vehicles for all the above is superb and the customer service is 100%
I agree with previous review regarding parking in Peakhouse Rd. They double park their vehicles everywhere causing chaos and danger when turning off Birmingham Rd. Already been several accidents because of this. Residents should not have to put up with this Inconsiderate action.
Very professional from the outset. Very thorough collection Tom was very patient, fully explaining the operation of the restraining points to anchor the wheelchair into the vehicle. Admin staff very friendly and polite, would thoroughly recommend this company
Awesome to deal with. Van was superb, clean and Sinead & Kerrie were two absolute ladies throughout. Great service and would highly recommend for disability hire vehicles

Allowed us to be charged almost £4000 thousand pounds in charges due to a late return after someone hit our car in the first week we had it. The insurers couldn't find a repair shop due to a delay on parts and now we've ended up having to pay. The company offered no support or concern for our welfare. Delighted to be rid of them - well never use again. They also left us driving round in a damaged car for months and never offered any help.
The team at Specialist Vehicle Rental really went above and beyond to support me on my recent trip to the UK. I want to make a special mention to Sinead and to Tony. On short notice, due to one of their competitors cancelling my reservation at the last-minute, Sinead jumped in and coordinated everything I needed, and was so helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. The one hiccup was that the wrong vehicle manual transmission was delivered to me in London, but the delivery driver Tony made sure that our plans weren't interrupted. He drove us to our destination that day, and then returned first thing the next morning with a replacement vehicle that met our needs perfectly. The vehicle was brand new and worked perfectly for my partner and I, who are both wheelchair users. We had a great trip from London, up to Edinburgh, and it might not have been possible without the tremendous support from Specialist Vehicle Rental, and from Sinead and Tony in particular. Highly recommend this company, their people are great!
Not good at all. ..had a vehicle on hire with a stone chip that developed into a crack on the first day I used it....they charged me 350.00 pounds..not even my fault
