Excellent service used click & collect. They were very efficient & pleasant to deal will. Bought laminate type flooring very good quality had a few spare boxes very easy to return. Highly recommend.
First class depo. Well organised one way system in force. Staff very health and safety conscious. Artic must enter by A218 this is a must. Site is surrounded by width limits and low bridges
This is their worst branch ever. The officials there are bad in dealing with their customers, and you have to tell them that you have a discount, and they usually raise the prices and tell you that we made a discount for you on the materials. I have a trid account there, and the service is very slow. I do not recommend them at all. Bad experience over 5 years With them I would need to close my account with them as well
I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ABOUT THE WANDSWORTH BRANCH.nnThe incompetency level at this store is at an all time high. Some of the staff don’t even know what they are doing. They are literally just there to get paid. They are lazy, they don’t know half the products they sell at their store, they are slow at responding and getting things done.nnI’ve made several orders with the store and every time I do I’m always shouting or arguing or complaining about something. I’ve not had one smooth transaction with this company. Apart from the second time when I made a purchase with Cyril.nnI’ve ordered items at the store and over the phone that have been damaged. And the store hasn’t removed it. There’s no quality checks made on the items before they send it out to you if you order on the phone or at the store.nnThe only helpful person that has taken the time to understand me is Cyril the rest of the team. Sorry to say are just useless. This will be my last interaction with this store I will be taking my business elsewhere. Has it doesn’t take 4 days to get a delivery of items or a collection of unwanted items.nnThis is not a small Selco neither and they can’t get things done quick enough. It’s a shame that the local store has so many difficulties and bad reviews.nnThe people whom have been dealing with my complaints and still nothing gets done unless I kick up a fuss isnnRay trade sales supervisor somewhat helpful to an extent but could be a bit more hands onnnRob transport Manager, somewhat helpfulnnJerome shopfloor Manager shouldn’t even be a manger he can’t manage his teamnnCyrille duty manager on the phone.nnVery helpful and has been the only reason why I’ve been back
Super helpful staff and a lovely smile and a “good morning” from Cassandra on the till. I’ll be coming here rather than Wickes from now on - not to mention the cheaper prices. Keep up the friendly service as it really brightens up the day!
