I was very excited to get to the Chelsea Megastore to grab some merchandise for my kids being fans of the club. Unfortunately once I came back to India from London kids found something odd that I missed to notice in one of the products the cap. The Chelsea log on the cap was upside down and I am amazed how such a product was being sold at the Megastore. I cannot imagine there is no quality control for the products and even the store staff does not verify before displaying these defects for sale. Looks more like an intentional step to con the fans. Any thoughts?
I’d like to sincerely thank the excellent staff and first aiders at Chelsea Megastore for their quick and compassionate response yesterday when my son hurt himself in the store. Your professionalism, care, and kindness made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. From comforting him to providing the necessary first aid, your team went above and beyond, and I’m truly grateful. It’s reassuring to know that there are people who genuinely care and are well-trained to handle emergencies. Thank you again for everything.
Very big Chelsea fans megastore’s with a lot of souvenirs options and clothes, they’re no so much discounted products during the sales period, some of the products are too expensive
