Had a fantastic experience at the LEGO Store near Leicester Square today. The store itself is amazing, with an incredible selection of sets, impressive displays, and a great atmosphere for both kids and adults.nnWhat really made the visit stand out was the exceptional customer service from Robyn. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for. Her enthusiasm for LEGO was infectious, and she took the time to answer questions and make the experience genuinely enjoyable.nnOutstanding service like Robyn’s is what turns a good shopping trip into a memorable one. A huge thank you to her and the team. I will definitely be back.nnHighly recommended for any LEGO fan visiting London.
The LEGO Store in Leicester Square is a landmark in its own right. On this visit, I discovered a hidden gem: if you go up to the first floor, you can receive a complimentary LEGO Passport! It appears that LEGO stores worldwide offer location-specific stamps, and I was thrilled to collect the official London stamp. It makes for a fantastic, unique souvenir that children especially would adore. I only wish I had known about this on my previous visits!nnAs expected from the London flagship store, the displays are magnificent. There is a massive, towering Big Ben LEGO structure, and right next to it is a beautifully designed Harry Potter photo-op area. Being in the UK, the store features an impressive variety of Harry Potter-themed sets and characters.nnI visited close to closing time, which turned out to be a great decision. There was no queue at the entrance, and the store was pleasantly uncrowded. I searched for the United Kingdom-exclusive keychains that I remember seeing a few years back, but unfortunately, they seem to have been discontinued. However, they were hosting a special World Cup pop-up event where visitors could take photos with a LEGO World Cup trophy, adding a timely and festive touch to the visit. Highly recommended for tourists and LEGO fans alike!
Couldn't fault this place for customer service.nThere staff on the floor were so friendly and helpful, it was wonderful.nnI really enjoyed seeing all the models, it's like being in a small museum as well as a shop.nnLoved seeing the spaces in the store where l where children can spend a while making some fab creations. Didn't get a photo as there were children in that area. But there were wall mounted, tee shirt, football, football boots etc shaped baseboards for anyone to create designs on.nnMust take the grandchildren here soon. They would love it.
Amazing Lego store! When you walk in you get greeted by lovely staff and surrounded by Legos! There are loads of things you can look at and see! In the store there is create your own mini piece, pick a mix and they always have a area for new Lego’s eg fifa . I recommend getting a Lego passport from here to get it stamped every time you visit a Lego store ! There are many photo stops to take a photo including a car which formed a line at one point .nnOverall an amazing Lego store in the heart of London and recommend to see it if you love Lego or just want to come for the vibe .
Absolutely brilliant experience at the LEGO Store. From the moment you walk in, the energy is just on another level it’s not just a shop, it’s a full experience.nnThe staff are incredible: friendly, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which makes a huge difference. They go out of their way to help, chat through options, and make sure you’re getting exactly what you’re looking for.nnThe range on offer is unreal something for everyone, whether you’re a long-time fan or just picking something up for the first time.nnEverything is laid out so well, easy to browse, and there’s always something new catching your eye. You could easily spend ages in there and still want more.nnIt’s one of those places that leaves you in a better mood walking out than when you walked in.nnJust an all-round great experience easily one of the best retail stores around. Will 100% be back!”
