I had an amazing experience at Hobbycraft Wimbledon. I ordered something online and went to collect but realised I’d paid £2 for click and collect when the item was on the shop floor and I could have picked it for free. The staff helped me cancel my order and get a full refund and then ordered in the specific item I needed. They then kept it in the office for me to come and collect once it arrived. Amazing customer service and very friendly staff who did everything they could for me
Absolutely Superb store, super friendly staff, great supply of materials, paints and vinyl supplies for cricut users. Cannot recommend this store highly enough. Extremely tidy, friendly and welcoming store to get all that you need for your next creative project! Superb!
I love the selection of items from craft materials to baking stuff and sewing. The thing what attracted me most was the sewing and printing workshops. Price is in mid-range not too bad for some of the items though for the craft materials, there are a few bits that I think may have been a little bit overpriced like feathers, gems and vine garlands . They have sale items located near the till and bundle items which are great deals. They also have NHS discounts and Hobbycraft membership discount on top of their sale -- these are the top things that made me come back to this store.
Lots of items. Some good deals. We did a workshop. The instructor was nice, hands on. Very rushed/felt pressured. NotnSure would do a workshop again as didn't feel was value for money
