Beautiful shop, staff very friendly. Lovely range of products, easy to get a wheelchair around the shop and the make up was low enough for me to look. Unfortunately the shop is a bit expensive for me, but it all looked amazing
Such a bad shopping experience,nMe and my sister were the most excited to try new products n buy more makeup n stuff but the security staff were absolutely ridiculous ,they kept following us in every isle I don’t understand the reason why ,like we are going to steal or are thieves ,we were not doing anything wrong except trying out the testers which are meant to be tested.Finally we were so pissed that we were only able to buy one product n went to other stores for the restnVery bad customer service experience I’ve ever hadnHopefully this will changenIt was a security guy wearing a blue polonSorry mate but we didn’t come to steal productsnWe are dignified and come to buy them by trying them on ,also y would they have testers and disposable lipstick sticks n stuff like if they are not meant to be tested,stop staring right into peoples face's,just do your job or if you have a problem just tell the costumer if you think something is not right.nManagement kindly take this into consideration because I’m sure you will loose many more genuine customers like us
Ana was so sweet and amazing! I was able to get an appointment last minute. I wanted a natural look with a smoky eye. She exceeded my expectations. I looked and felt like a completely new person. She recommended great products! She helped me pick out the perfect false eyelashes that looked natural and were comfortable to wear. She was so helpful and made my experience one of a kind.
Zahra, helped me with engraving names on presents i got for my family. Such a sweet and amazing girl. She was very helpfull. Especially because it was very crowded and she really took her time. 5 stars for her.
