Date of incident] On 05.08.2025 [store name SEPHORA LONDON WEST] I entered your store to examine the conditioner product. I wanted to smell the product and when I carefully opened the lid, the protective paper under the lid fell to the floor. I did not cause any damage to the product, I did not use the product or open it and take out the contents.nnHowever, the store manager pressurised me, stating that I had to buy the product for this reason alone. He implied that if I did not buy the product, I would not be able to leave the store.nnAs a consumer, I only wanted to examine the product and there was no intentional damage to the product. Therefore, I am not obliged to purchase the product. This approach of the store manager is against Consumer Rights and is an attitude that puts pressure on the customer.nnI request that this victimisation be eliminated, the store authorities be warned and an official explanation be made to me. I request that the necessary action be taken.
Ruth was amazing today she helped me so much. I always feel lost shopping for makeup and she helped me find all the correct colours and I ended up spending a fortune. She’s amazing!!
Amazing experience. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive to my needs. They took their time to explains pros and cons of each product they were recommending and were open to hearing my opinions and concerns.nnGema and Vania especially went out of their way to help me whilst helping me to handle my newborn baby so that my shopping experience was peaceful and enjoyable.nnThe store manager Josh was also such a nice man who was very friendly and helpful!!!nnI would highly recommend visiting this store for their staff’s expertise!
Supreet was the absolute best. Really an angel she helped explain everything and recommended stuff specific for skin tone and type. Absolutely amazing. So nice and charismatic.
I recently had my first-ever makeup consultation at Sephora White City, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience, all thanks to Daniela.nnAs a complete beginner, I was a little unsure and overwhelmed, but Daniela immediately put me at ease. Her knowledge is exceptional—she has a deep understanding of different products and, most importantly, which ones work for various skin types. She didn't just recommend products; she took the time to explain why they would be a good fit for me.
